I just can't picture her with a girl, so I think it's another boy. But I'm usually wrong about these things.

Back when they did a 100,000 subscriber party (but we're short of actually having the 100,000) she said something like they planned to try for baby #3 and if it wasn't a girl they would have a 4th. She did her "I'm the funniest woman ever" laugh but also "I'm not actually joking."
This was before the secondary infertility stuff so maybe that's changed.

Honestly who cares what sex of child you get when it’s the third? Yes I get it for the first. Maybe even the second. But when you’re going for a third at that point I assume you just want another baby! I have two girls and I’ve been trying for a third for over two years and I would just be happy to be pregnant. I don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl. Just a human baby lol.

I think it’s natural when you have two of the same gender, to have a desire for the opposite gender. And I think it’s natural for a woman to have a desire for a daughter.
I think Elle wants a daughter for Instagram aesthetic.

I understand this point completely but I guess my argument is, IF youve been struggling to get pregnant at all, like myself and Elle have, at that point all you really care about is having A baby. But we’ll see where she falls on this spectrum.

I agree. I don’t buy that she tried for two years. I don’t even believe she tried for six months before seeking fertility assistance. But I’m not in their bedroom so I don’t know. It’s just a feeling I have. Especially since she got pregnant so easily three times before, she probably lost patience by month four.

The only thing that seems that strange is that she says she's been trying for two years, but Cohen just turned two not that long ago, yes? So with breastfeeding and everything, was she actually ACTIVELY trying to get pregnant? I don't remember her ever talking about it and it seems unlikely as most people aren't ready to have another baby RIGHT after having one...
