I am from Tuscaloosa AKA Roll Tide country and just the other day I was at Walmart and the cashier said Roll Tide instead of have a great day and I said Roll Tide back. It's what we say and if you say War Eagle you better be ready for some boos lol

Someone complains about this every year. It's never gonna change, never gonna stop. It's a thing in Alabama (and The South in general. ) It can be can and will be used for everything, especially during football season (basically until Jan/Feb.)
Its similar to rock chalk in Kansas during basketball season. Its a sense of pride in your college/alma mater. You just have to get used to it, and once you do you'll start using it too!

Is Katie a natural blonde? I saw the gender reveal for Gaines, and I loved that darker hair on her. It was so pretty with those caramel highlights. Just my opinion, but I like it a lot better than the super light blonde she has now. And Cullen is much better looking with his hair the way it is now than when they got married!

Well she certainly isn't naturally as blonde as she is! Lol, but I can't picture her as a brunette. I don't know much about haircolor. I do know that Cullen's Beiber look, like the day they got married, is just awful! Looked like a hair helmet or something. The hair he has now looks really nice. Beware of going back to see old vlogs, ong was he annoying at times before parenthood!

Katie looked great too! She had so much going for her. In that video when she did a couple of cartwheels, I just was gobsmacked. And then thinking of her "yt 'friends'" Missy and Ellie, smh, just eeewwww! Missy doesn't even have an upper lip and scored Bryan as a husband--ugh! And Ellie, as she tells it, was "in love many times" instead of paying attention in school. Still, she got Jared to take the bait, and was married right out of high school. Was Jared as annoying before making yt his career? Seems Cullen and Katie were the only ones not designated as misfits in high school.

I know Cullen has talked about having a large cyst removed from his forehead a couple years ago that he called "the horn." I've wondered if the Bieber helmet haircut was in part an attempt to hide his forehead before he finally decided to have it removed. Because there's no way he thought that was a good look.
Katie's bleach blonde hair ages her quite a bit in my opinion because it's very much a 90s look. She's finally eased up on the heavy black eyeliner, also a 90s staple, and she looks way younger and fresher every time I see her without it. Part of me finds the fact that they're both kind of stuck in the 90s/early 2000s charming though, because I was born in 1990 and I'm nostalgic.
I appreciate Katie's PSA on infant car seat straps. It is amazing how many people don't know how to use their car seats and don't go to a CPS certified technician to teach them how to install it correctly. However, my husband is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (Ha! What a title.) for his job and most will tell you not to use those baby mirrors in the car. The argument against them is that they could become a projectile and hit the child in the event of a crash and they are a visual distraction for the driver. Most of us drive around with things rolling around in our car that would become dangerous in a crash. I started putting everything in the truck for that reason. It's a personal decision that every parent can make when weighing the pros and cons. But it's the position of the Child Passenger Safety certification program that they shouldn't be used. I was surprised that Katie calls herself the "car seat natzi" but use the baby mirrors.
Cullen's little thank you to Katie in today's vlog just makes me swoon, he really seems like an amazing husband and father.

One million cool points awarded to them this week lol. Love the daily activities to change things up for MG. they are such great parents. Cullen's thank you definitely was a swoon moment!
When Katie was in Target in yesterday's vlog pointing out all the craft stuff. lol It's like a direct message to Missy "this is age appropriate for your child!!! it's fun, playing and learning!!!"
The "helmet hair" look was soooo popular among young men in Alabama and Texas back when he got married. Just google "two a days mtv" if you don't believe me lol.
