Why don’t they understand that you can’t get pregnant right away? It’ll happen when it’ll happen. They’re acting like they have sex one night and expect to get pregnant right away lmao that’s not how it works.

I thought they were “wanderers” who didn’t want to be tied down to a house, thats why they left their house in California right? Or was that all just bullshit because they couldn’t afford California life?

clickbait sorry

They went to Cal to share the DB lucrative lifestyle and earn money, Corbin’s immaturity and anger issues ruined that for them. They have understood June is not Paris and life set in! The are trying desperately tooth and nail to hang on to youtube income so they don’t have to work, travelling now is impossible only anything for free.

Has nothing to do with getting pregnant, it is purely the views double and they need those views to stay afloat.

So Corbin is like if it is overpriced we renegotiate but if not we got a great deal. What a human seriously!

I think they are forgetting there is a possibility their mortgage might not be approved. Lots of things can happen during the underwriting process. They must have a co-signer and a big downpayment because they would seem like huge risk to me. Self-employed, inconsistent income, broken leases, debt problems, etc.

That Mormon traveling family with 9 kids lost out on their house because they were not approved based on lack of rental history (which does seem pretty weird to me).

You known what is funny. A while back they claimed to have learned from past mistakes about how not to do things. They moved from Portland with no place to live because they just chose to move with no plans. They rushed and grabbed the first house they could find and it was a mess. They're doing the same fucking thing. They're grabbing the first house hey can. Take some time and look. But nope. How much you wanna bet if they get this house that soon a few months after living there we will get clickbait about buying a dud or horror house etc.

I hate to say this, but to be fair if the appraisal comes back lower then their offer then they would either need to come up with the cash to cover the difference, or negotiate a lower price. A mortgage company wont loan more then the house is worth.

I don't believe the mortgage will be in their name though, I think that's why theyre not worried about underwriting. If it was solely up to them they should be crapping their pants about underwriting, they don't have a steady job, their income has to be dwindling, and theyre self employed. All huge red flags for mortgage companies.

Wonder why they haven’t addressed the fact that they’re at his parents house now. Not even trying to hide it... morning to new night. Then they meet Kelsey’s mom for coffee??

Still think there’s more to this whole house thing. Are they expecting the seller to pay for some upgrades to the electrical so they can do their job??? That’d be a huge no if I were the sellers.

That was confusing, but I think Kelsey meant they will be adding some things once they move in. Or it's something super simple like changing some outlets to include USB chargers. I don't think they are all that knowledgeable about house things, so to them that might seem complicated. I changed out several regular outlets a few years ago with the dual USB ones and it took maybe two hours tops and it's not expensive.

I'm not sure what else they'd be talking about regarding updates for their "job." Fiber optic lines? Hardwired ethernet ports? They really don't need those things for their little channel.

From what they said about the home inspection it’s sounded like some of the electrical was a safety concern. I’d bet that’s what they’ve asked to be upgraded, and the sellers probably are aware any purchaser would require those updates, if only for insurance purposes.
It also sounds like there are some other updates that would be a nice to have and that’s what Kelsey and Corbin (or whoever is really purchasing) will do.

They said the sellers are bringing things "up to code." This is an old house and it's probably just outdated. Inspectors are required to report when things aren't to current code, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's a major safety problem. Like adding GFCI (ground-fault circuit interrupter) outlets in bathrooms and kitchens. Yes, older outlets wouldn't be up to current building code, but it's not something seriously dangerous.

Honestly, nothing makes me more nervous than electrical work. If you get a shitty electrician you could be in more danger than never changing it at all! I'd rather have a bad plumber and a broken pipe than my house burning down from messed up wiring.

Random, but I I watched an older vlog and Corbin said his mom got married at 17?! I've always wondered if his older brother was a half-sibling. Corbin looks like his younger brother, but nothing like his older brother.

These two have gotten even worse if that’s possible! There really isn’t any content. Fancy, vintage, French antique store. Too much time spent with June on the computer looking at future shared room decor. End with them talking about watching the Oscar movies.

Still nothing mentioned about them being at his parents house. Why? Wonder if that’s who bought June that coat and hat...definitely not Kelsey’s style.

So they’ve gone from hipster, gender neutral decor to French, canopy bed, girlie for June.

I’m wondering if the house they’re looking at is only two bedrooms. They kept saying that June would be sharing.

I really think the baby clickbait is just for views and they aren't seriously trying. If Kelsey was actively trying would she still be drinking...like in today's vlog?

I don't believe for a second "house stress" is why she's not pregnant yet. That's just dumb. Didn't she get knocked up with June in the van that broke down every single day? I think that would be more stressful. LOL

They must be paying very little to get this house if they have enough $$$$ to immediately start decorating June's room. When I bought my first house I changed things slowly—and didn't get too trendy!

Also, Kelsey should probably stick to neutral themes, colors. What if their next kid is a boy. He's going to be sharing a twinkle light and wallpapered fairy room with his sister? Personally, their woodland creatures theme in Portland would be perfectly fine and they already have stuff for that theme.

Or...maybe Corbin's parents are paying for all of this stuff too??!
