I really don't like that poor Hazzel has been around these men that she considers father figures to then be ripped from them. I'm surprised with Dann having a son himself, that they didn't take things more slowly.

It’s really easy to terminate your rights , it literally is just sighing a piece of paper , not many people do it bc I can’t imagine people not EVER wanting anything to do with their kids again bc essentially that’s what it means they are not your child anymore

If that were truly the case, wouldn't more deadbeat parents do that instead of running from child support orders?
Even a quick Google search shows that a judge has to approve. Now, that might not be the case everywhere. And, if it were that easy, why has it taken so many years for him to sign his rights over??

She/the courts and whoever couldn’t track him down for a while when she was trying to serve him child support papers, and before that she had stated she didn’t want anything from him. The laws are different in each state (hence the “deadbeats that run”) but it’s 100% possible for them to agree to have him sign them away in Colorado having not seen her in 5 years. I’m sure a judge or someone probably does have to approve it too but that doesn’t mean they couldn’t fill out the forms.

The other thing is with child support. Majority of the time (note not all the time) when a parent signs away their rights they no longer have to pay child support. So a lot of deadbeats DO want to sign away their rights, but the other parent does not because they want the child support. In those cases where the parents cannot agree the judge will decide. And if the removal of rights would deprive the other parent of the support they usually will keep the parental rights in place.

Haylee hasn't gotten anything from Albert so I don't think she cared at all about any child support orders. I think she just wanted him completely gone. In her case since both parents wanted it and agreed to it it must have been quite easy to accomplish

She’s definitely pregnant. She said she’s in the exact situation she was in when she was pregnant with Hazzel living with her parents, she said there will be major changes this Fall, and I noticed she would cut the video when she would move and her belly was about to show

Theres still a chance shes not pregnant and shes just gained weight from not working out and being in a new relationship and "comfortable" Or maybe I just HOPE shes not because Jesus what an irresponsible mess that would be. I got the impression from the video that shes trying really hard to convince everyone that shes "in a better place" so that when she announces shes pregnant, maybe she wont get so much backlash. And I can bet she'll announce that shes got her own place before she announces the pregnancy .

I think she’s going to move in with her boyfriend. And yes, I also think she’s pregnant. It will be interesting to see how that will all work out since the boyfriend seems to have custody of his own child. Haylee got to parent Hazel on her own. Parenting is harder when you have to do it with someone else. She won’t be the one in charge of all the parenting decisions for the new baby (assuming she is pregnant). And it will be interesting to see how Hazel adjusts to going from being the only child to getting to younger siblings

Very good point. That’s probably a big part of why she’s not announcing yet. She doesn’t like people knowing what horrible decisions she makes and will try to make it look as good as she can. A couple years ago she would’ve been the last person I would’ve expected all this mess from.

There’s also the several miscarriages that she said she’s had though so she could also be waiting in fear of that.

I’ve been meaning to comment this but forgetting- I looked back at her IG when she posted about the book Dan made for her. You can see a little bit of the previous page and I believe it said “month three”- it was a Halloween picture. Aug, Sep, Oct- 3 months. The Renaissance Festival is in Aug and he kissed her for the time first then.. he also got her a promise ring. A homemade book about loving someone and a promise ring is a lot for being together since March-April.

I no longer watch her videos. Has her divorce been finalized? My husband and I moved very quickly but we both had no children and no prior relationships. I just can't imagine getting with someone who's still married, regardless if the marriage "was over."
I don't know why she drug things out for so long if they were truly done long before she announced it?
