- she talks about how she cried when she found out that she had to have another c-section (with anberlin), didn't she ask for a c-section so that anberlin could be born in November?

It's really sad that she thinks that she wouldn't be shit without them. She still isn't shit with three kids and another on the way. Popping out kids isn't an accomplishment. Especially when you can't afford them, can't bother to feed them properly, can't bother to give them speech therapy. You're raising average kids that do the bare minimum.

About the smoking thing I do wanna chime in. It's not uncommon for an OB to tell a HEAVY AND ADDICTED smoker to not quit cold turkey but instead wean themselves off. I was smoking about a third to a half of a pack a day when I got pregnant and by the end of my pregnancy I was down to ONE cigarette a WEEK.

Of course I was filled with shame any time I had one but I was in a pretty rough situation and I was cutting back BIG TIME. Going cold turkey CAN be bad when pregnant if you stress out too bad about it because of all the hormones you release when stressed which is also why going on antidepressants when pregnant can sometimes be the right choice because being severely depressed also can be bad due to hormones.

HOWEVER

She said when she was first pregnant that she had what? One cigarette a day? Now it's been two months. She has no real reason to fall off the wagon and is just bitching and moaning

Having a child is all fun and games to her and picking out atrocious names is part of the game, it's like a child picking out a name for a goldfish or hamster and she has fun deciding on what "edgy" and "cool" name to use next to impress people. She's already announced those names before
