Well the subdivision starts at about 700K and goes up to about 1.2M. Most of the houses are similar on the outside, but no two are exactly alike... Or so the builders sell that. I have a friend who built there and moved in 2019. Huge house, but she also put in a in-law suite, whole basement level with kitchen and all for her Husbands parents to eventually move in. Reason they built. Plus the in-laws I was told helped with costs although her husband has a decent Law Practice. Good school system, but real estate taxes are high there. Quality of build is good.

I really Bri sought out good financial advice before purchasing. I know Adam works for a good company and in all seriousness his job is probably a low 6 figure, but the product/service his company provides is taking a huge hit right now in this economy and if he loses it there are not many openings in Cleveland right now and unemploynent isn't going to purchase stainless steel appliances...

The main restuarant/bar that Bri's Mom sang in closed down before the Virus hit and now all the others are closed so to whomever said she was at Giant Eagle with a Food Stamp card... Yeah I can see that.

If your gonna be a big YouTubed and influencer then you need to have thicker skin like shake it off obviously don’t take anything like death treats but your not gonna be called “mom goals” everyday and not every one is going to like you and worship you. As for that house, it’s ridiculous. I’m not sure what the builder is but we did a move in ready new build (we didn’t choose anything) but for fun we did look into the cost of “designing” and Anything you add that doesn’t come standard can be so costly! The raised ceilings, the fireplaces, adding closets, finishing the basement... good lord she’s probably adding hundreds of thousands to the base price. Not to mention having to purchase the appliances most likely. I’ll be curious to see how much of her wish list she actually does once she sees the numbers lol.

So the ad popped up in my fb newsfeed. She’s in the comments defending herself, how incredibly gauche. Again, she’s saying it doesn’t bother her yet she’s in the comments of her ad replying to someone’s comment, “you have such beautiful pictures on your profile, what a shame to say such ugly things” (paraphrased, and I’m pissed I didn’t think to take a screenshot lol). I'm new to this forum, but have been watching Bri for a few years now. It's like watching someone (actually, two people, including Adam) slowly unravel into insanity. Do these people even think about what they're doing? They're bringing a HUMAN LIFE into this world for the sole reason of instagram and youtube content. It's just insane. The fact that she titled her newest video I'M WORRIED and searches on camera for the baby's heartbeat just feels wrong. What if something actually did happen to the baby? Moments like that should be kept private. I'm sure the baby is fine, otherwise she wouldn't have posted that video, which just shows how badly she wants attention and reassurance

Its building that house is one thing but to furnish and decorate is another. She will need 2 livingroom sets etc. Lots of money. Then the taxes,insurance and maintenance and cleaning it.. I would be so stressed out. More is not better.
