Yea that’s normal, unless it’s written in the contract, for the new buyer, that it stays.

I wonder if they will also have a shed which takes some space from her so called big backyard. I still remember her saying there was a place to park the camper, so that would be the straight back area from the driveway. That yard is not big at all.

I can already see her kids in the street or the field behind their house. But think of the clickbait if they get hurt. Cows did WhAt (with proof) because you know they'll have a security camera pointing out that way.
wait wait whose camper is going there? Mimi's? did Messica sell her camper or is it forever going to be parked at Janelle's house? Mimi also got a pop-up trailer. there is zero space for any of that shit

She was talking a mile-a-minute during one of her earlier show-off-HER-house vlogs that they were gonna put their RV there. Then during her latest tour, she was showing that side yard and saying it’s gonna be a play area. So who knows. (I guess she realized her precious jumphouse won’t be allowed in the street, but it will fit there though Lol.)

Wow covid safely really isn't a thing in the US anymore, is it. She had a heap of people coming and going, everyone touching everything. No wonder it's such a shitshow over there.

It depends on what they agreed upon with the people buying their house. Most of the time appliances stay with the house, but it isn’t totally unheard of to take the appliances with you provided that you informed the buyer that you were going to do so. (Generally it is then reflected in the price of the house.)

Lol just watching the moving video now and she’s like “We barely need a second truck” as her giant sectional couch and dining room hutch are behind her. They have so much crap I can’t believe they thought it would only take one truck!

Also I would be super annoyed if I were the movers as they showed up and the kids were still sleeping in their beds. Every time we’ve moved they’ve asked us to disassemble the beds the night before, or they do it first thing when they show up.

She was so inconsiderate to the movers. It made me so annoyed. I don't get why she brought in so many people or kids when she had movers--plus they seemed to go where the movers were. Wouldn't it have made so much more sense to have a person at each location? I think all the kids got new beds, so Chris could have gone to the new house and set up beds while he waited for the movers and Jess held the fort down at the house.

It’s embarrassing how flippant people are here... and numbers are on the rise in CA... 🙄

I haven’t watched the vlog, but no it’s not the norm! We usually leave appliances when we move!!

I think it's standard in California. It is NOT standard in my state, but I had a few friends move to Cali after college and all of them said something to the effect of "It would have been nice to know you have to provide your own fridge in California."

Wow Jessica is the most inconsiderate person. She pulls that crap a lot. Like when they were painting their house and hadn't even picked the colors out when the painters were outside setting up. And when she needed to get the guys doing her kitchen more cabinets or something, she had to drive like 45 min away and decided to also stop at her kids pediatrician to get some paper work even tho the workers were behind schedule. Its really just her world and everyone else is living in it.

Plus she didn't even try to organize and purge her shit before moving to the new house. She literally just packed up all of their trash and moved it to a new house. She could've gotten rid of probably half of their junk before moving. She's so lazy and that house will be trashed in no time.

In the packing video she said she didn't want to get packed early because she doesn't like living out of boxes. Then on the next clip she showed Chris taking down some tacky looking flower decoration off the wall. Surely all that crap could have been packed sooner (and ideally put in the bin). It's not like they need constant, regular access to their plastic flowers and would be incredibly inconvenienced and frustrated if they couldn't find them.

Yes it’s really annoying how she tries to justify their laziness and inconsideration all the time. Just say you didn’t feel like packing sooner. I’m the same way with packing for holidays for example, I postpone everything until the very last minute. It’s an annoying habit, but no need to lie about that.

also do those cats get flea and tick meds? probably not, knowing messs. super gross that they probably bring them in the house, but the new house is probably dirty enough that that wouldn’t make much of a difference

hope they enjoy the carpet stains from the cats inevitably hacking up hair balls. that shit can be hard to get out of light carpets

also let’s watch messs probably break covid rules because i think her new county closed down due to new cases

I had a tan carpet + 3 cats...hairballs and litterpans make you have spots all over the carpet and regret not just having hardwood.

Plus, add all that dust from the nearby fields (and the backyard for now). And with all flies from livestock, she’s gonna have a lot of fun..... I mean content. Can’t blame Karen for those things!

That’s interesting. Maybe it is a CA thing. When I moved in CA, big appliances stayed behind with rental properties, and with purchases, they go with you, unless agreed upon by the buyer and seller. But everywhere is different.

It looks like she literally packed everything from the old house and brought it with them. The new house is a completely different style from the old one. She really should have gotten rid of 99% of the decor that she had throughout the house and just started over. None of that burgundy/ greenery decor goes with the new house. As much as I hate to see a new Hobby Lobby haul, I think id rather see that then see her ruin the house with all that dark, cheesy decor.

Was she on the phone with the trash company for a dumpster at the new house? Even for boxes you just break down and can give them away to others moving or take to recycling. So why wouldn't she get rid of what shd was going to throw away before moving it?
