How many is she up to now? The two she got two Christmas' ago, Chris has a couple now for blogging despite not being that big of a blogger..... I feel like they have at least 4 of them. It feels like such a waste as Jess doesn't really seem to be that into photography and Chris only gets the odd segment here and there and they only seem to up their video count when they need to make big purchases IE: Holidays, moving expenses, Target hauls.
Two words: tax return.
Also positive she's deducting them as "business expenses" for next year's taxes.

Just watching Chris with the boys, he seems so loving and fun with them that he's pretty much solid dad figure for them.
And then I stop to think about how he has two other boys he doesn't see on a daily basis, not even weekly, he doesn't get to pick them up for school, go to school events, go to sporting events, can't pick them up from school early if they're sick. That makes me fucking sad that he chose to be with someone who is so far away that he can't do this for his sons and be an active role in their life. How selfish is he?!? Poor boys.
Even with custody arrangements in place you'd think the father would want to be as close as possible to his boys so he can be there when they need him or pick them up or switch days with his ex. Now that's is sad.
And now his step sons get to see him every single day, he goes to sporting events with them, he tucks them in bed at night, and he can drop them off and pick them up. But his own blood sons don't get the same. I just don't think it's fair to his own sons that the stepchildren get what they don't have. It should be equal. That's not the case here. I think his boys will resent him. How could they not?

But isn't he not allowed to see them except for his days? That's what said when they went to Legoland, he is not allowed to see his own boys if it's not on his days! So in this case they'll have to resent their mother, imo.
I agree with that. In this case the only ones they can resent are the courts (cuz they decide whats days are given to chris), and their mother for only allowing them to see their father on his court days, even if he is close by.
I am like 95% sure that Chris' parents live near Jess, and he moved back with them cuz he was broke, so I don't think T&C can really get mad over that, chris can't be homeless.
I don't think Chris' mom lives near Jess. When they went to Legoland and Disney they'd drive to his moms and stay there overnight and then drive the rest the next day.
In the Legoland Vlogs she stated it was about an hour from Chris's parents to Legoland, and then in one of the vlogs after it she said all in it was a 6 hour drive.

Although in one of the VEDA vlogs (ER visit?) Chris is taking Landon to meet Oma for lunch. Oma is Chris' mom, so surely they wouldn't drive 6hr of lunch and if she were specifically in town to visit then surely she would feature in the background of various vlogs?

I thought they stayed with Chris's grandparents not parents?
Shane Dawson made a series of snaps saying YouTube has stopped monetizing some of his and others' videos and he's not sure why. He said he was worried about the "smaller" youtubers. Having to think about a future without her YouTube income may be closer than jess thinks

Ah yeah you're right it was grandparents, my apologies!
I still don't think his parents stay THAT close by though? They're never in any Vlogs, plus his dad never got to meet Addie, surely if they lived close if his dad was too sick to visit they'd have taken her over?
Janell posted a snap of Lilia and Alyna swimming.. Lilia is wearing a swim floaty device ( whatever the fuck you call it ) shouldn't she know how to swim without one by now? She went to swimming leasons for a while
The T & C situation is what it is I guess. I just hope Ashley shields the boys from seeing the vlogs as regardless of what is going on, it would hurt to see your dad with his "new" family. What a sad, shit show this is already and is going to be when these kids are older and start to really think about and understand stuff

I'm enjoying all the supposed "every time" rules she's spouting off in the latest vlog. Oh, the kids ALWAYS have to hold onto a trolley, or hold a hand or stand by a trolley in a shop or a car park, eh? Is that why we saw them running flat out across a car park in one of last week's vlogs?
I'm also pretty surprised that they never bothered to teach Lilia how to ride a bike until now (in fact I think I'm most surprised that she hasn't learned while at Gabe's). I mean, I didn't learn until I was twice her age, but that's because where I lived as a child was so dangerous for cyclists it was never really an option. I can understand if she's just not shown much interest before, but I figured they'd have at least tried to get the basic skills down before now.
And Jess, raise the seat of her bike next time. Because we know you read here.
Nitpicky, but why does she wait until Saturday to go grocery shopping and why do they all need to go? It would be a perfect time to take just one twin and Lilia and let them "help" and get some one on one time with them... or go during the week when the bigger kids are in school????

I was shocked too when she said it. I wouldn't say they didn't bother to teach her. That can't be it since the twins have obviously learned. I felt bad for her though. I didn't learn until 2nd grade and I remember this boy that lived in my neighborhood told people at school that I just learned and I was embarrassed lol. She was clearly struggling. I remember my biggest fear was that I would fall and hurt myself and I think that may have been the case for her too. Very sweet of Kaden for trying to help her too.
Anyways I actually liked this vlog. I didn't find any of the characters to be too obnoxious. And I laughed when she asked them the rules and they said the rules for the house instead. I also liked that play are she has for them. I just don't know why, for the love of all that is holy, she would pick a white couch. Why bruh? I had a white comforter once and just my dog alone destroyed it. Can't imagine what 7 kids will do to that couch
