EXACTLY. It's a lot of work and expense to have a house that big. Landscapers, property taxes, furniture... I can't fathom their heating bill in the winter. It'll be in the thousands. Unless you have live-in help just maintaining that home is a full time job. Won't be fun with a newborn and 2 other kids.

New to this thread and Bri. I really wanted to like her because i think her children are adorable, but its just not happening. This woman thinks she is gods gift. I love how this delusional idiot is acting like she is building a 2 million dollar house. It seems like one of those neighborhoods where all the houses look the same and they're cheaply made. SHE IS THE MOST ANNOYING YOUTUBE MOM OUT THERE.

Well the subdivision starts at about 700K and goes up to about 1.2M. Most of the houses are similar on the outside, but no two are exactly alike... Or so the builders sell that. I have a friend who built there and moved in 2019. Huge house, but she also put in a in-law suite, whole basement level with kitchen and all for her Husbands parents to eventually move in. Reason they built. Plus the in-laws I was told helped with costs although her husband has a decent Law Practice. Good school system, but real estate taxes are high there. Quality of build is good.

I really Bri sought out good financial advice before purchasing. I know Adam works for a good company and in all seriousness his job is probably a low 6 figure, but the product/service his company provides is taking a huge hit right now in this economy and if he loses it there are not many openings in Cleveland right now and unemploynent isn't going to purchase stainless steel appliances...

The main restuarant/bar that Bri's Mom sang in closed down before the Virus hit and now all the others are closed so to whomever said she was at Giant Eagle with a Food Stamp card... Yeah I can see that.

Out of the 3 amigos, who will wind up going broke first - Tiff, Myka or Bri??? According to Socialblade, Tiff is in first place ranked 85,443, Myka is second at 90,509, and Bri is last ranked 108,135. Over the past 2 months both Myka and Bri have lost views and subscribers - Down 78% / 44% for Myka, and down 38% / 20% for Bri. Tiff is actually staying pretty flat lately.

Are these numbers how much they make a year ?

Like others have mentioned the mortgage, heating, cooling, electricity, cable/internet, water, HOA fees, landscaping, furnishings, decor, maintenance, youre talking close to $10,000/month. People that build/purchase homes like that have MONEY like real MONEY, not new money thats gonna get burnt up in a few years. New Poster here. I had to make an account and post on here and Tiffani Beaston's page. I can't stand these women. Fake, narcissistic, and out of touch with reality. I have worked with families that lived in 1-2.5 million dollar homes in Chicago when I was a nanny. These homes were 5,000-6,000 sqft. It takes lots of money for the upkeep as many posters have said. The difference is these people had real jobs and money. They were lawyers, doctors, and finance people that made nearly a half a million a year. That was on top of paying $40-50k for a nanny. I doubt there is anyway they will be able to afford the upkeep of that home. I'm curious if her do her online courses are what's paying for the downpayment of the house.

I'm tired of these lazy " SAHM's" who d the bare minimum and get praised for it. Bri and Tiff, you're not a real SAHM. A real SAHM does not send their kids to their very old grandparents home to work on the computer and clean. They do not hire babysitters so they can go to Target. They do all of that while caring for their children by themselves 90% of the time, all while cooking and maintaining the household. They don't act like 12 year old girls who need praise every time they parent or lift a finger. They have zero idea of cooking either. These women only cook from boxes and jarred food. These women are not relatable and have no idea how much a mom actually does. I have worked with moms who work a full day, cook dinner, and are up all night with their infant. Many times it's while their husbands are gone for the week on business. I doubt Bri or Tiff could handle that. Neither of them seem like they can handle their kids solo for more than a couple of hours. Hell, as a nanny, I took care of a baby or young child ( without TV) while also cleaning, cooking, and taking them to multiple activities a week. I know it's not parenting, but most nannies do more than these YT moms do.

Bri is terrible. I made a comment yesterday about how insulting it was for her to make a video about being worried when many women actually go through those scares and miscarry. It's insensitive to those women, and vile she would use that to get more views. She deleted the comment and I think blocked me.

I hate commenting on their relationship but Adam looks miserable. He does not look like a man in love. I wouldn't be surprised if they are divorced in 5-10 years. I wonder if he stays for the kids or because of Bri's YT money. If he is abusing prescription drugs, I wonder if it's to cope with living with Bri.

I laughed so hard when she made a TikTok clearly pissed off but not acting like she was. Clearly it got under her skin or she wouldn't have said anything about it. I'm seeing alot of these youtubers responding to "hate comments" recently. Go to check out their channel... nothing but mush and praise. They even admit that many of those comments are a small percent but they stand out more than others. Personally, I think they get some sort of sick satisfaction out of doing this "calling out". We’ve known this about her. I wouldn’t be surprised if she has a ED now. Her “recipes” make me laugh because they’re never anything very healthy. If she was eating like that there’s no way she’d be that skinny.
