So the negative views mean that videos were removed (by Ruby, or by YouTube). Someone mentioned that the video with cousins kissing is gone- has anyone else noticed other videos that are no longer available? as the poster above mentioned I hope this ends the cycle of exploitation of girls’ puberty that all these YouTube families have been perpetrating.

So the terrible one where Ruby smells their armpits (puberty already?) is gone as is the one where Julie is put in the spotlight for not knowing what Kotex are (the talk) and one where Abby and Julie buy bras. Two more are missing but I can’t thibk of what they would be.

Plus you can see several other deleted videos if you look at their monthly playlists. And the negative views on socialblade went from 68M yesterday to 80M today which means that the process is ongoing and didn’t happen all at once. Ruby has done a ton of sponsored videos in the past so I bet she can pull through this but I’m sure she’s freaking out!

Ruby losing everything? are you guys serious? if there is one between the sisters who will be very comfortable if youtube delete her channel, its sure is Ruby. her husband still works and probably got a salary raise since they started. they sill live in the same house which is probably paid off by now and a van who may have been paid outright. the Fankies are fine.

with the amount of money they were making just with youtube i dont think a few take away meals and 3, 4 sponsored hollydays will hurt them at all.

All that SocialBlade does is estimate income by looking at views on the videos. Ruby's views are negative because tons of her videos are now private. SocialBlade can't know whether a channel or a video were demonetized, only the creator can know that. The links you provided are giving me a strong suspicion that Ruby saw that Bonnie's channel was demonetized and then she went through and made her more questionable videos private so the same thing wouldn't happen to her. Earlier I thought that maybe the videos had been deleted directly by Youtube (this is happening to many creators) but the fact that Ruby talked about what's happening to Bonnie and didn't mention any of her videos going down are pointing in the direction of Ruby, not Youtube, taking them down. That means that Ruby knew all along that her content is exploitative and that some of her videos are attracting the attention of creepy pervs. Now she's trying to pretend that her channel is "clean".

That is a very very good point. That’s probably what Ruby did. I think that kinda makes it worse since she knows what videos are exploiting her children and shouldn’t be on her channel, so why did she ever put them up in the first place??? She’s the worst

Yes, it makes it worse. And it makes her whole facade of having a “wholesome family” even more disgusting. Over on the E+J thread there is a joke about viewers playing the “clueless or malicious?” game where they try to figure out whether they post insensitive/exploitative things because they’re out of touch with reality or because they know that it will get views. Ruby always gave me “clueless” vibes but I’m leaning more towards malicious now. Let’s see if those videos start reappearing , perhaps with different tags,, titles and thumbnails- then we’ll know she took them down to scrub the evidence of her maliciousness and then put them back up to profit on more old video views.

And he kept them up. And continues upload questionable content, like his sons actually sitting on the toilet. The thumbnail with naked Calvin at his two week checkup is still there, with 12 million views. You can't tell me he didn't know where that 12 million mostly came from. No 12 million "normal" people are going to get that worked up about a baby's two week checkup (unless it's one of Prince William and Kate's babies, lol) and give them that many views. Or watch it obsessively. But I guess they convince themselves that people just really want to see Calvin's two week checkup...

I feel so sad for Russell and Eve they are not too old for their elf and I think it's extremely lazy of Ruby to just give it up!
We don't do elf on a shelf in our house we do other things instead but if you start something like this with your kids you can't just bail because your to lazy or you don't want to it's not fair on the small ones I'm sure they were do excited and looking forward to the antics
