I know who Brady is. And no, he does not know her since she was born since Brandy doesn't either. Emily and Brandy knew each other since highschool I think, but became friends when Jayda was about a year I believe. That's not the point.
She might get confused if Emily will ever break up with Brady, that's what I was saying. Just like it was with Ian.

Her parents sound like a pair of dipshits and it seems that she has had a very unstable upbringing, much like the one Jayda is experiencing. Boyfriends move in and out, she gets engaged, she breaks it off. That poor little kid has moved more than I have.

Emily seems determined to play the victim though. For goodness sakes, what 20 year old cant cook spaghetti? Get a basic cook book and start cooking regularly for your kid. It seems so wrong to me that Emily is lounging around in bed until 9, 10 in the morning and a three year old is up playing by herself.

I know she works late but welcome to motherhood. Toughen up princess, we are all tired. We all don't want to get up in the morning. It's too tough for you? Should have thought about that when you had unprotected sex.

This girl is very immature, she needs to grow up pronto and stop the pouty little princess act. Everything is someone else's fault.

Oh and the birthday party video.....she was prancing around opening presents in a bikini? Everyone else had clothing on. We get that you have a great body Emily but that was just inappropriate. Put a t-shirt on for the party room.

I don't dislike her, and I agree that she's come a long way since she started. But honestly I don't get the excessive "blowing smoke up her butt" like she is that different from many others.
She is not that mature, she is not this amazing strong wonderwoman who overcame tremendous difficulties.

It's pretty clear that she is privileged and always has been. She lives in Canada, different healthcare, different housing situation, I remember that she said that she used to get the check from government assistance every month and it was no small amount.

Yes, she is independent, but she has to grow up, still. She is very active when it comes to working, setting things up for Jayda, going to school.. BUT -now I'll make people scream- besides what she says in her videos, the fact that she has lots of smart good things to say, she's not that different from Lindsey (minus the 2nd child).

We just don't see as much from her, so we assume that she's busy doing other things.

Also, she is one of the very firsts who started but she's the only one not pregnant again (with her 4th). She's still acting more like an older sister than a mother. At least that's the feeling that I get.

I do think that her vlogs are entertaining and you see a bunch of outside time (so it's not a grey vision of a room, it's like trip outside, which I like!!) Jayda is adorable and she is really pretty. *sigh*, yep---she is proud of that body huh? Well, I'd be too...but what does she have tattooed on her side? A sailor's anchor?

I felt the way she talked to Jayda , only encouraged the tantrums . She wasnt saying over and over why did you do that . You can't do that . And so many other things . I dont think that she addressed her tantrums correctly . I think a firm tone of telling her no would of been fine but not repeatly questioning her , ect

I think she's done a pretty good job at showing the realities of teenage motherhood... she's shown a happy medium; mostly the good times, but some bad times too. So far I've seen her struggle a lot, but she gets through it in the end (as we all do in life). She doesn't make it seem like parenthood is the easiest thing she's ever done, and she does appear to really try. She's had to move a lot because of money issues and issues with boyfriends (that I don't agree with so much, but she's young..), and that shows that it's tough sometimes. When money is tight, you don't just get to live in your nice, big basement apartment. That's life and she seems to adapt well, and she doesn't seem to feel entitled to things... although she does get a lot from the men she dates and even her family (she's lived with her parents and her brother at different times)... she couldn't get a house or any of the others things she's had without the help of the men she's been with. But she provides for her daughter, clearly doesn't neglect her, and she works... she's not perfect, but she'll mature eventually and I think that family will be ok in the end.

The only thing I didn't really like was the video she made with Josh's ex and their child... it was like they teamed up on him and trashed his name. I'm sure most of it was 100% true, but that doesn't mean you should bash your daughter's father online to tons of subscribers; some things should be kept private, or given a short and polite explanation.

I liked Emily a lot, not so much anymore. She really is immature which is fine and dandy, but when you're a mother I believe you gotta grow a pair of female balls. And I agree Jessica.Amber, bashing her daughter's father along with Lisa was sooo low.
She began trashing her then liking her just because she broke up with him too. I said that before but it really takes a man for two women to be friends. That's just ugly and stupid. The guy may not deserve his children but geez girls, that was unecessary. And let's just say it's not 100% his fault.
Also, Emily does not realize she puts her daughter in the same position as her. I mean, does she really think moving in with that Brady guy was a smart choice? He seems like a good guy, yes. I bet Ian seemed the same even tho he left her and her daugher, plus with all the payments.

OMG! I thought I was the only one who looked at them and just shook my head... WTH is she thinking?! She keeps herself so nice and seems to be quite fashionable and up with the trends- why in the world has she done that to Jayda's hair?!!! It's horrible She would look so pretty with long bangs parted to the side. Or, if she wanted to keep with the short, blunt bangs- at least have them skimming her eyebrows!!!
