I am following this family for quite a while and recently found this forum and had to register. I tried to find more information about them from before they started to get "big" on YT and found a blog of Cleo, where she stated, that all the younger boys went to school, why she was homeschooled. Did anyone catch in the video of Cleo playing the piano with her long nails, that Taina was really quick to tell her not to play a piece of her own music? Does she really think it is so awesome that she needs to protect it? Haha!

That "whoooooaaaaaa" noise the kids make whenever something happens is really starting to annoy me. It doesn't sound authentic, it sounds very fake.

So they didn't homeschool Shapespeare in 2016, wonder when that started?

I thought this! They should have all had birthday's recently !!! Which makes KJ 4, Aph 3, and OM 2, but I think crazy Taina still wants to lie and pretend they are younger so she can continue to baby them. Or it is just overt favouritism, she often doesn't give KJ or Aph as much attention as she does to Nef and Om, but that doesn't really explain why Om didn't get a birthday video, so i can assume it's because she wants to baby them! Om is a very spoilt baby indeed, compared to the others, the fork thing really annoyed me, especially as he IS 2 and should know better, I know kids act up and its normal, but Om is very demanding and comparing him to the others such as KJ who would never dare to do that out of what i would assume is fear, and just a lack of confidence, shows how obvious Om is favoured compared to the other toddlers. (other than Nef, but she is a child not a baby, but TT doesn't want to believe that!)

I think she lies about their age to make them look more clever than they really are. Omega talking at one sounds like he is a genius when he is really 2. Etc. Etc. Those kids are sadly lacking in a decent education. That European trip should have been a huge education for them, but what did they do? Eat sweets, go to Legoland and Disney land. Any place that went to that was remotely educational, they learned touristy soundbites. What a waste

Been browsing it and yes,on March 10,2014,Cleo writes..
All of us children are up and getting ready for school. My younger siblings need to walk to school in the cold. But i don´t because i´m homeschooled!!!! xD While they are walking in the cold, i´m sitting inside and just looking at them walk to school.

I wonder why she,the only girl at that time,didnt go to school?
There was an oldfashioned,chauvinistic,mysogynistic idea from wayback that education is only necessary for males
That girls can be kept at home and just have a very basic education because they will be “ homemakers” and only need to learn domestic skills.
Or in this case,was it because her mom Taina believed that her daughter,” Piano Hands”,needed to be hothoused in a way that regular school cdnt provide?

It could be Cleo was a school refuse or was bullied and they decided to home school her. Didn't do a very good job. She is not very bright academically.

Both TT and Cleo choices of clothes, especially summer ones , have nothing to do with what most of God fearing Christians call decent. Sometimes they are closer to to the style of some 'ladies of negotiable affection'

No homeschooling will end in a success, when teaching parents are totally uneducated and not having any will to broaden their own knowledge. I know many families homeschooling their chldren with a hue success, but they put a lot of preparation and effort into this plus they are well educated and intelligent themselves, using many resources, having interests in many fields. TT has none, only her tight religious views. That is not a recipe for success. Plus - I have a feeiling in TT's views gorls shold look nice and find a good husband, do the house chores and have many children. These are the only goals n life. Everything is unnecessary.

Hey, I'm an old viewer but only just discovered this forum. I've been watching the Licciardo-Toivolas for just over a year now and had to always swallow my criticism, because she used to heavily censor her comment section and now as you probably all know, there are no comments at all.

Does Taina think we're stupid? I really don't think that they are in Australia at all. I just don't get why they're lying, like what's the point.
I just read that it's supposedly snowing in some parts of Australia. Is there a chance that they aren't lying and really are in Australia?
Is anyone here from Australia and knows if they could be, against all odds, telling the truth?

On T’s instagram she has a photo of Aph as a newborn & it says she was born 1/11/2016 so her birthday hasn’t happened yet. I’m sure if anyone gets a birthday video, party, recognition it will be Cleo, Aph, & Nef her 3 princesses. She loves to emphasize how important the girls are vs the boys. I wonder had she had 7 girls & 3 boys would she still be so obsessed with her princesses.

I think she wants to "prepare" the Girls for their future life as wifes and mothers. It might be easier to keep them at home so they won't see other lifestyles. In one Video, where all the little ones are playing and driving around in littler cars (Minimalistic Home Part 2) she says to Nefertiti, wo gets angry "Girls are meant to be gentle and sweet" and then says, that they can be whatever they want. I bet she brainwashes them.

And it possibly isn't very expensive, it looks like it's made for summer holidays, perhaps a long drive to the next shopping centre or school. But who needs school when you are so overwhelmingly blessed with knowledge and music and the belief, that the earth is 6000 years old.

I just rewatched some of their latest few videos and realised that you're right, they never said they were in Australia. I just assumed it, because I seem to remember that they said they wanted to go through Europe into Australia. Also their vlog was called "Licciardo-Toivola trip is over" so I must have gone into the vlog with the presumption that they are in Australia and thought that was also what they said in that specific vlog, but they didn't, my bad.

Omg yes the young earth thing is so bad, I don't get how they're being allowed to teach this, crazy to think that the children grow up on such an outlandish belief system and will, most likely think it's a fact. In some older birthday video, she said to d'artagnan (I think it was d'artagnan) that the earth was 6000 years old, in such a matter of fact manner that it will be very hard for the children to realise the truth when they are fully grown adults, or even worse they'll always believe this young earth "theory". Also makes you wonder what else they actually belief in, besides the young earth, doomsday beliefs.Are they flat earthers as well, I mean not to far of a leap from 6000 year old earth to the earth is actually a disc.

Let me clear that up. Aphs birthday is and has always been claimed as Nov 1 (as far as I've seen) however you are probably from a country that orders dates like this: month/day/year...but in Finland (as well as many other countries) they write the date as: day/month/year...so what Taina wrote on IG IS correct.

Wow, a NEW THREAD! I've been gone for a while as with Xmas i've simply not had the time to watch Tiresome Taina's Vlogs, or read here. I hope you all had an amazing Christmas, or for those who don't celebrate it, a great day!! It's a very busy time for me haha !!

Though today i got chance to watch her latest two videos, and i see they are back in Finland. I agree that is most likely a short term holiday rental home, the sleeping arrangements seem odd, and inappropriate for long term, though im sure anything is better than them all squeezing in the camper van. At least they have a little more room, and the children might be fed, and cleaned better, even if the sleeping arrangements are a bit dodgy. I do wonder if they will ever actually move to Australia, the whole trip was 100% due to them not having a plan, or the money, or a place to stay. Very odd. Now they are back in Finland, in what looks like an Air BnB, and is nothing like the old home. I do wonder what their plans are. Will they ever even get round to moving? they are certainly an odd bunch.

Secondly, what ON EARTH is TT's obsession with cutting her small TWO year old's hair off. (BECAUSE HE IS TWO AND NOT ONE LIKE TT ENJOYS CLAIMING- if this is "recent", as she claims it is.) They all have such thin hair already, why on earth she gave Om a Mohawk like she did KJ and then shaved it off entirely i will never know. I guess its a tradition, but it's actually quite horrific in my opinion. At least Om didn't cry like KJ did. I cant help but think his head will be cold in the Finnish winter now though!

I dont remember KJ crying when his hair was cut. I will look again. And OM was about to cry when they laughed at him. He got so distraught he wanted boobies--some comfort. This family laughs at each other way too much. I remember them laughing at Aph when Om was just born and she was trying to slap him-- no discipline of course -just laughter. And when she tried to lay in Oms birthday cake and eat chunks out of it--nothing. She took food our of his had hand and ate it. I think she has calmed down some and I doubt OM would stand for it. He is indeed baby boss. I bet TT told him that. He was stabbing with that fork with strong intent to hurt- not accidentally. At least TT did something about it and I dont think there was laughter. KJ ALWAYS digs into his food. He is always hungry. He probably doesnt get enough to eat. He has asked for seconds in several videos and not given anymore. But--Neph asked for more and didnt get it. Those kids are hungry. When they were much younger (according to a video posted) she would get into food and hid to eat it. She was in the sauna once and TT got a foto of her. TT called it stealing. I hate that. Nef had given KJ a potato he was eating raw which was very nice. The kids are hungry. That first stupid video when she fed them about a ton of fruit for breakfast and went on and on about what healthy breakfast it was was just ridiculous!!!! I didnt believe it for one thing and there was no way that meal stayed with them til lunch. In later videos they had much better food. That woman is such a liar and the funny thing is she has to know we are on to her. I hated the birthday video of Cleo. Oh my. Cleos giggling is too much for me and her hesitancy to put her hands in that box --I had to fast forward. And the way TT plays that dumb game is just mean. She even has OM teasing in a mean way. Well- children do what they have seen. And is it my imagination or is KJ looking just plain sad most of the time. Even when they were in the motorhome and dancing he sat with his dad and barely smiled or danced--crossing his arms at some point. What is up with that? And now he has to sleep in his sisters room and not with the guys. I will be surprised if he even has a birthday. She cannot make it anymore clear how much she dislikes KJ. How can the rest of the family stand by and let this happen. TT is evil and I hope she reads this. Downright mean to the 4yr old and breastfeeds the 5 yr old. Something very very wrong here.

It does indeed snow in certain parts of Australia (google ‘snow in Australia’), but that usually happens between june and september which are their winter months. Looking at TTs place, they are most definitely still in Finland. Those granny houses outside look very Scandinavian to me.

Also, if she really had moved to Australia, she would definitely have announced it in a big capslock title everywhere because she just needs that attention.

And how Cleo and Jers are piano and drum teachers. To whom? Because they are not qualified! I guess they teach their siblings but no way are they qualified to teach others for money. Weird.
