Were there comments anywhere else than her blog? The article mentions FB and instagram but I never go to those so I didn't see. I don't think it's the nastier comments that really upset her/them. It's the whole onslaught of people asking them to take better care of Emilia, not let the dogs trample her, the couch thing, pointing out neglect and the obvious lack of E's milestones, etc. But they couldn't very well present that to the newspaper, they'd be laughed at and it certainly wouldn't inspire sympathy. Just the opposite. So they reiterate the old one or two comments add a few choice new ones and blow it all out of proportion. Not that much is accurate in this article. In fact, if I read that newspaper regularly I'd complain. If they put out such badly or non-researched nonsense how reliable are they in general?

I am convinced he wrote those comments; they were written in a way that wasn’t malicious, but more so poking fun. I remember something about ‘she looks like a boy and people say she’s developmentally slow’. They did not referred to Emilia directly but more so referred to what people were saying on here with a negative twist – she is not reaching her millstones because her parents do not spend enough time her and place her in a swing for hours upon hours, Anna dresses her up in pink for fear of someone calling her a boy, etc. Because of this, I think it was him. No one here said it and the majority of the ‘hate’ comments he gets on his channel are from the concerned people on here. I have never seen any comments on his channel saying Emilia is a boy or she is developmentally slow. He couldn’t come here and write those things because a) he needs to keep up with the façade of how he doesn’t read here and b) his IP would be tracked.

Absolutely, as they were even mentioned on here as being particularly Emilia focused, and harsh, and supposedly two people randomly appeared and since disappeared? Does he realise he is basically selling his innocent child or does he just not care? No mention in the article of the responsibility of parents to protect their children from the dangers of the Internet? Or do they think Emilia has signed a waiver?

I copied all those comments into this thread. But this is such a fast-growing topic, I have no idea what page they're on.

People would think, hmm, why are these things being said? And it would come out she's in a swing for far too many hours, sitting on a couch unattended and scratched by dogs.

But that is exactly why he needed some baby focused hate in order to talk to the papers. The other stuff all raises questions about them, but the terrible hatefulness directed to a baby is just indefensible.....

It is hard to believe someone would do that to their child, I know. However, the way those comments were structured, were all negatively spinned to what people say about her, rather than what she is or is not. In his mind, it would be justifiable because he wasn’t saying she is those things, he simply was stating what people ‘think’ about her and putting a negative twist on it. Also, the comments were most likely from one person; the names used were Olivia Stratton, Stratton Olivia; with different variations, but still using either Olivia or Stratton. This article and the timing of those comments, rant and vlog are all too suspicious, if you ask me.

The last time they were featured was right after Emilia’s birth, however, for the last 5 months, they got criticism on a daily basis regarding their parenting skills. Why all of a sudden is there this hate towards Emilia and then bam, they get featured.

Or, it was a minion/troll, and that dumbass, just got them some sympathy and featured in an article. Lol.

Exactly. He needed something in order to cry victim. The thing is he already had it, really. He could have said they rip us apart on our parenting style, etc, but no, he can’t say that because then people would, in fact, question him more ‘well why are people questioning their parenting; something must not be right, then’ – like uguyz (haha) have stated.

Yes, they are not moved by the issue at all, only by their own importance. All Jofecker cares about is being shown in the paper with his posh tooth, hot wife, and cute GIRL baby. Maybe you are. There are a lot of comments. I think the fat - slow -rugby -ones are jokes, but Jofus may have jumped on the waggon. I think the comments show the general mood and opinion people have of them. They were under Anna's filofax post, an all time low. People were just fed up. Ridiculous to call those comments bullying, though.

Agreed. I can not stand him anymore and have absolutely no respect for him; he is so pathetic. I would handle all of this nonsense so differently and it’s sickening watching two grown adults behave like teenagers playing house.
