[quote="QweenKris"]Btw. I'm about two hours (I'm in San Diego) or so from where they live and their house is NOT pricey to rent. They live in a shithole of CA where it's extremely hot, and undesirable to live in. Of course, their little kid minions have noooo idea where Murrieta is

Murrieta is only about an hour ish away from SD {unless it's horrific traffic} it's not a shithole, seriously. The Temecula/murrieta area isn't that awful. Affordable housing compared to being out of the inland empire. I am originally from the south. It's way hotter and more humid there than in the IE. I've lived in Rancho Cucamonga and in OC due to my hubby's job. Will say Murr is not a crappy place to live if you want to stack it up to pricier cities in the IE closer to LA.

That's a lot of money to spend when you're still living with her parents Image

I get that her ring was bent. They could have had a goldsmith design a new band for the old diamond, or melt down the old band to make a new ring? That would have been sentimental. B&M are too materialistic for that.

I will say, Missy clearly had a ton more respect for B then. I believe she loved him then. Was this before of after the gym thing?

See those Jokers Updates tabs ;) I love BB! I've gone to see the live show here in Canada.

Caught me! Lol, when you said Jokers Updates I was confused what site I was in for a sec Image. Love BB, that's why I know how full of shit Bryan is when he calls himself a "big fan" yet seems to know nothing.

This season alone, he liked the couple that everyone else hates! He was on Twitter ranting about how him and Missy always love the "power couples". (he obviously thinks they are one).

I'm in Canada too! I had to pull out some tricks to get the live feeds this year, but it's my summer guilty pleasure Image

Haha I saw the VPN on and realized you were probably Canadian!! I haven't even heard them mention BB this summer. I remember when Oliver was born they watched it in hospital haha. He also bragged how their pool duck was the same as the BB house one.

When they moved the house was found on Zillow. It had been listed for sale at $280,000. The rent was listed at $1895 a month.

There are more costs that go into a house than just a mortgage payment. If they buy a house with a mortgage payment that's even a bit less than they currently pay in rent, then their total housing costs will actually be more by the time you factor in maintenance, repairs, property taxes, strata fees, etc. They should also allow for the possibility of interest prices rising.

I don't know much about US housing prices, but that seems VERY cheap for a house like that to me, so I'm guessing it can't be that nice of a neighbourhood!

That seems really cheap! I wish we could find a house like that for $280k

280k for a five bedroom house is ridiculously cheap. In my neighborhood, that type of square footage, pool, etc will go for around 1.5 million. So yea, again, not the best neighborhood. Temecula is nice for sure but NOT where they are. Trust a Californian who's familiar with the area

If those are he prices they are used to then there is no way they ever intended on moving away. That house is cheap. The property taxes are around $2500, which is cheap! That alone tells me it's not a desirable area.

My guess is if they are to buy a house though, they will be looking at more expensive houses. They would (should) want a nice neighbourhood, near a good school. We know they will want a similar house and that will mean $$$.

I am not sure how rent/ buying works in the US but we just bought our first home last year we were paying R4000 rent which is around 350-400 dollars I think and we paid electricity but water etc was all covered by the owner, now that we bought our bond alone is 8000 (+-800 dollars) + water, rates and refuse is 500 (=-50 dollars) and then electricity is 600 (=- 60 dollars) and our levy's (property and up keep taxes for the home owners association) are another 550 (+- 55 dollars) so about R10 000 (1000 dollars) and we live in a small 3 bedroom duplex (like a 1/2 of the size of Bryan and Missy's place with no pool and only 1 garage), maintenance is also another thing, when we bought we were so naive and didn't properly factor in everything it has been a huge adjustment and shock so if it is anything like that they will get a big shock all the maintenance everything you are responsible for, it is so different and when it comes to tax eish.

^^^^ yep, and to add to all this, they would have to pay for a gardener and pool service themselves, as right now those are included in their rent (according to Zillow ad). All the little things add up. I hope they accounted for that or there will be less date nights and more dinners at home!

When Oliver is with Cassie and Mimi he does so much better than when he is with his own parents. They teach him new things, new words and his behaviour is a lot better. I bet when Bryan and Missy comes home, he won't be saying the new words anymore and will be back to his bratty self. It's amazing what some love and proper attention can do for Ollie.

Yeah I definitely noticed that Ollie better behaved. Probably because he isn't ignored all the time!! Seriously though, if what was happening before they left on vacation was REALLY just the terrible twos... He'd still be acting out regardless of the caregivers. From what I see in the vlogs since they left though points to misbehaving for attention! His Mimi and Auntie take him places and talk TO him, not at him. I mean, the first thing they did was take him to the park!! Poor kid probably hadn't been out if the house in weeks, other than to go to a restaurant!!! So sad.

I also notice Ollie's behavior being much better around Mimi and Cassie. I think its funny when Bryan and Missy facetime hime they metion he is acting up or being a stinker when his behavior looks way better in the vlog. Looks like he likes Mimi and Cassie more because they actual do stuff with him!

On today's vlog: I'm getting so over cassie! She's vlogging about herself more and what she's doing than ollie. To be honest though I actually think missy and Bryan do look more connected in these vlogs, they're so much easier to tolerate and not dislike when they're not ignoring a child and they're just child free

I actually think they are on a dream-come-true vacation. She is pregnant so they have excuse for everything: she do not have to have sex or to show affection to Bryan, she can relax all day long and eat and do nothing, he does not have to pretend that he is into women and his wife, they do not have to share beds, Bryan gets to spend little time on his own while she sleeps or he can sleep too and most important of all-there is no 'annoying' child around. Also, she has servant-Bryan-who was born to serve the queen-Melissa.

How is Oliver so behind in talking/speech?! They both are at home! I don't watch the vlogs because I can't stand them, but does Oliver know any basic ABC's or numbers? I'm a stay at home mom and spent/spend hours teaching my son and he learned his alphabet at 18 months. It just shows how lazy and unmotivated they are to do anything for their child. I recently gave birth to my second son in June (my first son is almost 2 and 1/2) so my boys are the same age gap between Oliver and the new baby (which by the way is a girl's name) Finn I love, Finley? Girl. And it's been a HUGE adjustment with two kids and my husband doesn't stay at home like fat Bryan does so I'm dyyyyying to see how they handle two kids. It'll be comical.

Got blocked by Bryan two days ago after seeing his tweets about his waiter looking "sad" and tweeting Zoe and Alfie about it, basically said I don't see why he needs to put down someone he has never met or doesn't know why he's sad or whatever. Sick of his bad attitude, spending habits and runs off as far as he can get from Oliver. The "never forget" vlog came up in my recommendations today and I decided to watch, what happened to them? When did you start noticing a change in not only their personalities but how much they cherished Oliver?

OT- today I found out I'm dating at 7weeks 1 day! I'm having a baby due March 30! I'm over the moon

I just saw a cat food commercial where the cat's name on the bowl was Finley(spelled exactly like that). I'll admit I laughed for a solid ten seconds.

Kids develop at different rates. Oliver's speech will be just fine. You can tell he understands everything that is said to him and says/attempts to say words when he is prompted to repeat them.
