No, really. She may be BSing, but the Epstein Barr virus, which causes mono, can cause meningitis.

EBV isn't the only cause of mono. There are several other viruses that can cause it. And based on her alleged "complications," it still didn't sound like mono to me.

I know, just saying it _could_ happen. Certainly not that I believe, especially with that "only one other person ever had it" crap. If it was meningitis caused by EBV, other people have had it. It's certainly not common, but it's not so rare that only one other person ever had it.

Can someone clarify if Mono is the same as glandular fever? Had a quick wiki & it seems to think it is but we don't call it mono here in the UK. But we also call it the kissing disease so guess so.
If so, I had a pretty severe case of age 9 too Tayler. I was in hospital for 2 months, I was stuck in my own room as I was contagious and hooked up to drips and had feeding tubes. It did fuck up my system quite a bit after recovery and some parts still exist in my system. HOWEVER I returned to school after I had improved and got right back into it and later in life got my degree on time and now have a very good job... Also with a child! :-) Stop using it as an excuse for everything, it's pathetic.
I literally haven't spoken/thought about it in years despite it being a severe case (people with my severity in their teens had died that same year). It really hasn't been that much of a huge thing in my life and figuring out how much time has passed for you Tayler, it's really sad that it's something you continue to bang on about in every single about me.

It would actually make more sense if she had meningitis. They don't give you a spinal tap to diagnose EBV or mono. If she got encephalitis from it, that makes a little sense. I don't think she has the details right AT ALL. Somewhere along the way either she or her mother embellished the story. I've had a spinal tap too. The site can swell and cause sciatica, which I've had, but hardly paralysis. Just numbness and pain. Yes, mono can be described as glandular fever and "kissing disease". Any way you look at it, she's lying and embellishing what happened. She's trying to be a bigger victim for sympathy.

Funny how she'll call chuckies parents "chuckies mother and father" (not even "the kids grandparents") whenever she's pissed off at chuckie, but when they buy her things she's all, "my mother in law (brought me this)..."
She doesn't know how to appropriately appreciate others, same with chuckie, every day he was her husbitch, but whenever he brought her things, she was all, "he's the best husband ever!"

Yup looks like they all do...at least she didn't get lice on her birthday like she did last year, boy was she pissed at Alesana for ruining her birthday lol.
I wonder if the same kid gave the kids lice? Would kinda suck if Alesana is the one spreading it. I've never had lice before so is it possible to avoid getting it from your own child or letting it spread to siblings?

I had it a couple times. My cousin gave it to me I think then a neighbor. If you catch it time and don't share hats, brushes, pillows, stuffed animals etc it shouldn't spread. My mom had to cut my hair off.

Its horrible. Now I don't share brushes outside of my family lol. They love hair that's clean they can move easier

Yeah, I had lice when I was younger and this summer I caught it from the driver's ed cars. I was never so embarrassed and mortified in my life. Tayler's hair looks so unhealthy I'm surprised the lice would survive. [UNAMUSED FACE]

Anyone saw the snaps of her unsurprisingly naked kids and her vaping around them?

It's possible to avoid getting it and avoid it spreading at home if you're aware of it. My daughter got lice from her school once (I can't forget them horrors), but they never spread to me nor anyone who visited us.

Yes. Lice combing can take hours. Yes, it has to be done daily. Yes, you should still use the expensive shampoos (that actually work), and yes, you can even PREVENT their return by straightening your hair a few times to make sure nothing is left alive.

Combs, brushes? Better to throw them away.
Plastic toys? Either freeze them or give them the sauna treatment. Wash linen daily at high temperature.

It's a lot of work actually. Tayler's just used to half-assing everything.

Okay gotcha. I've never had it nor has my family so I wouldn't know. I knew this girl in since kindergarten that got lice multiple times a year. If a lice outbreak started, it all was from her and it kept going until high school. I felt so bad for her.
I hope that Tayler does wash and clean all their things. She's probably texting chuckie right now saying how it's all his fault why they all have lice lol.

I always managed to get them and no one else got them after me! My mother used to tell me that I am a sweetblood girl. I dread the memories of brushing to remove them. I was crying my eyes out. It really hurt!
But I have heard exactly the same that lice goes on clean head more than the assumption of dirty hair.

That's what I'm saying, her hair is often gross, unhealthy and even oily looking. The children having lice with young clean hair makes sense, Tayler getting it from improper precautions doesn't. You're supposed to bag up the clothes you wore, wash all your bedding in really hot water, boil your combs brushes or just throw them out, spray all your furniture and treat yourself as pee the instructions as well as brushing and checking for nits daily. Its exhausting IMO. Definitely not something I could see Tay wanting to exert any effort into, she'd probably rather buzz her kids hair and wear her clown wigs.

I wonder where they got the lice though, wasn't there speculation that she pulled them out of school?
