Haven’t seen Brooke in some time. Also, she does the ADHD for her kid for attention. She’s the biggest attention whore and can’t handle not being in the spotlight she constantly makes shit up to get people to acknowledge her.

An OT for food pickiness?? This is an actual thing? I'm not judging, i just have never heard of anyone going to OT for something like that. I guess my reaction to this is bc i feel like his food issues were MADE by his parents, specifically Missy. How many times did we predict he would be this way bc SHE'S this way and thinks it's cute and makes her special? How are his food aversions suddenly so terrible that he needs OT for it, but yet his speech is still being over looked? the things Missy thinks are important confuse me. Your kid doesn't like your cookies so he needs therapy but he can't even say his own name properly and that's ok? (yes i know i'm being OTT and snarky, but i just do not and will not ever understand Lanning Logic)
My brother went to therapy for his picky food habits when he was in elementary school! He has autism and wouldn’t eat anything other than grilled cheese due to the textures and smell but with Ollie it seems to be something that’s just been pushed onto him since he was a baby. I can’t remember seeing him eat anything other than uncrustables and chicken nuggets. They might work on his speech with him as well, I know when my brother went to OT they helped a bit there but he got most of his help with a school therapist. They might wait until the school brings it up it seems which I think is a bit crazy since they can obviously afford to get him the help beforehand.
I wonder if Ollie has been diagnosed with some sort of sensory processing issue. I know a lot of us have questioned that in the past. He has real issues with textures, and not just in food.
Remember how he used to freak out over sand touching him? He definitely has some issues. I am glad he's getting help.
I’m going to give them credit for taking him to OT, whether it was the school, doctor, or someone else that suggested it. It’s more than E&J would do. It’s more than I expected Bryan and Missy to do. If they did take him to speech, I doubt they would ever admit it. Hell, Missy thinks her food pickiness is cute. At least they are doing better by Ollie.

I agree with you, but I also don’t think they would have gotten him help unless they were pressured to? It’s possible it was a condition of him remaining at that school. Some private schools can be choosy about who attends because they want to maintain a certain average.
Find it interesting that the Lannings do their “we have to talk” video then this article comes out. Not that the author knows who the Lannings are. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bryan is trying to be a part of this. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are suffering from burnout. This is something they created and now don’t know how to stop. They spend money like water and the studio I’m sure is a huge drain as are all the people he supports.
Everyday there are hints as to the new daily bumps. We’ll see. They like money too much.

Yes, but if that were the case, it's textbook Missy Lanning style to just pull Ollie out of that school and find a new one.

My son (3.5 years, about 4 months older than Finn) had OT for a year and a half for various things - food pickiness was definitely one of them. Unfortunately, he picked up that habit from me. It's gotten better in some ways, but worse in others - he literally won't eat a chocolate chip cookie unless it's a specific one from Walmart.

Remember when Missy thought it was so cute he was picky and just like her?
It really bothers me that Missy projected her pickiness onto Ollie. I’m super picky, have been my entire life. I’m 20 and there’s still a lot of things I haven’t tried. I HATE that about me, I would never want my future child/children to deal with being picky about food just because I am.
It’s not cute, it’s embarrassing and I’m a work in progress lol. I hope Ollie hates it when he’s my age too, unless Missy truly morphs him into her and he is just *so special*.
