I actually made it through the entire Shumway vlog mainly because my husband is a pilot and we have a small twin engine plane similar to what they were flying.

I’m not going to be a total self righteous person but most plane crashes are caused by pilot error. That can also be a mechanical failure as well if the pilot didn’t maintain the plane properly. So many things were handled so incorrectly and lives were lost. It’s horrible

I have been absent in posting lately. I have been enjoying hiking with my family, and generally just spending time.

I catch up here when I can, and thank you ladies for the insight of the catastrophe that is the Greeds.

I tried this afternoon to watch “The Twatley Show” on invideous (no views to them, no ads for me), but I gave up after a few minutes. I couldn’t take her voice.

Lately I have found them to be so boring on Instagram, only because there is nothing new to snark on. It just the same sh!t different day.

So what was the big take away from the vlog? Did Assley spread love and light? What trial did Shumway overcome from this experience? We’re there any cringeworthy moments?

No idea what the take away is supposed to be, besides that he had survival instinct skills, which is innate in pretty much everyone.

The real tragedy is the people that died and the family and friends that had to deal with the loss, and that was barely even touched on at all.

I’m still waiting for all the warm feelings to wash over me? I’m not feeling uplifted or better about myself either. I’ll let you know if I suddenly find myself overcoming obstacles because this family suffered.

Thanks for the link! Is talked to my husband earlier and he was going to try and look it up tonight. He likes to pick apart things because sometime he can learn from them although I think he’s pretty good about knowing when we need fuel. I can even see those gages.

She’s so nauseating when she talks about her calling to spread love and light to the world by exploiting everyone’s trials. She should have shared her trial first but chickened out and said she wasn’t ready. Does this mean for the grand finale we will finally learn what caused Assley’s anxiety? She claimed she suffers from it. Seriously what could this spoiled and entitled pathetic excuse for a mother have legitimate anxiety about? Was it from living in Mimi’s basement because her pedophile husband wasn’t making enough money at the Tux shop or as a waiter at Wingers to support her in the manner she fantasized about? She’s the youngest of three and it’s blatantly obvious she was spoiled rotten as a child so I highly doubt it’s from her childhood.

In all seriousness what could possibly be the cause of her earth shattering anxiety that she’s not ready to talk about? In addition, how does sharing someone else’s trials bring light to the world? Maybe Tylard could write a blog about that.

Her anxiety is probably about people finding out about her lies. Her whole existence is a lie. She is very afraid of the real truth being uncovered. And it will happen, I just don't know exactly when. If she would just be honest she wouldn't have to be so anxious. Boo yah!

The wife of one of the brother in laws of the pilot sued the estate of the dead pilot for $2mil. She had a 2yr old child at the time.

Totes fair enough, the pilots MASSIVE error in judgement caused the deaths of four people, himself included. If he had survived he’d probably be in jail!

I’d be interested in knowing whether talk show host wannabe Trashley just let him tell his story or with her lack of education, training and experience in this field did she ask questions and dig for information that he may not have been willing to talk about voluntarily? More importantly I’m curious to know whether Trashley provided details of who viewers should reach out to in a professional sense should the interview have raised personal issues for them? I know not many people survive a plane crash so there’s only a small possibility of somebody else that’s also survived a plane crash stumbling across her vlog. However, it can raise issues for those that have been in similar traumatic events, such as a major car accident with fatalities, without the viewer even making the connection to their own trauma until they’re well into watching the vlog.

I think Gary (pilot) was remarried. So Michelle's stepmom had 2 brothers (Gordon and Adam) who both died in the crash. I also found a suit brought by the other brother Adam's girlfriend, who found out she was pregnant 2-3 weeks after he died. Her case was dismissed because she filed after the statute of limitations ran. This could be a movie of the week.
