As I said I am pretty sure I heard her talk about 3 kids but she also complains a lot so I am not surprised if she said that 2 is more than enough either but indeed saying that (and from what you said Ean said they were done) then getting pregnant [/quote][/quote]

I'll share the link if I can find the vid(s) where they said they were done having kids. In a vid. Ean for sure said that even if it was not a boy + a girl, meaning even if Nolan was a girl, he would not want a 3rd one.

Found it!!! This was before Nolan's diagnosis. Go to 6:40 where they respond to the question about future kids... There indeed was another vid where Brit said 2 is more than enough. It was during the time Nolan's appointments were taking place... but I dont think I can find it..

Paul Rudd's in it and I thought it was pretty good if any of you wanted a better understanding of what he'll be going though.

I've heard of that movie, it's supposed to be pretty good?!

I think that regardless of what conversations she's had with Ean, or what videos they may have made discussing future children, at the end of the day Britney will just do whatever she wants. And she wanted to be pregnant and have a third child. I'm not saying he doesn't want this baby but his reaction to the pregnancy was hardly one of excitement and joy.

No, B's mom lives with her grandmother. That in itself shows that her mom isn't self-sufficient. Why though, I'm not sure.

It's definitely her grandmother's house. B has mentioned multiple times how she's going to her grandma's house to help her with x, y, z. Basing it on how B phrases it, and the fact that she also mentioned that she had to help her grandma move, I'm pretty sure it's her grandmother's house. B rarely if ever mentions her mom, and especially not in reference to a house that she lives in.

I haven't brought this up yet and while no one ever should truly live by this, Britney maybe should take a page out of Jess's slogan on facing life with positive attitude.

I read an article of this guy living with DMD- he was still going at 34 going on 35. Ten years after his life exptency. He did well in school, got a great job and was living almost fully independent. He is in a wheel chair and he has almost no muscle but he was frankly just positive and thankful that he got to accomplish things he was told he couldn't. Its all about perspective in the end and how you choose to deal with it.

Also another thing I wanted to bring up is if Brit and Ean wanted another baby in the future, they could save money and do IVF where doctors can choose embryos that don't have the Gene and eradicate it from the line. A lady did this to eradicate the breast cancer gene for her daughter.

I really liked that movie. It gave a good insight into what living with DMD is like with an overprotective parent.

I honestly don't think the idea of Nolan having terminal illness has set in yet. Right now he acts like a perfectly normal toddler. I am not sure if it denial, lack of education or she just doesn't share. But, I honestly don't think she is doing enough or pushing enough to start understanding and getting him the help he needs before the symptoms start. If I had a child with a terminal illness "although denial is a great place to be" I would certainly try to push through all over "God's green acre" to get them help before things started to look bad. My goal would be to get them the best treatment and quality of life as possible. I almost think like she would rather live behind her perfect pintrest, Target world facade.

I agree that she's most likely in denial—and this is why I think she was willing to have another child that could have Duchenne. I don't think she'd ever admit it, but once Nolan's symptoms are not only starting to show, but progressively getting worse, I wonder if she'd change her mind about that statement in retrospect. All I can say is that she should be grateful that it's a bebeh girl, not a bebeh boy.
