I actually like to watch their old vlogs - when they were in the old house and Missy was actually folding laundry and helping Ollie brush his teeth - I miss seeing them doing normal things, who in the world told them to do these weird scripted vlogs with their horrible acting and Ollie's chopped up scenes, the kid can't even say one sentence correctly so if they are dying to get him on TV - goooooooooood luck with that!! #DailyDesperateDumps

They got on my nerves even then, but they are 10 times worse now. Remember how they used to go to the beach, and were so happy when Ollie was finally ok with sand? And how they used to go to Disneyland all the time? They used to actually do things with the boys. Once they were on "the property" a lot of that stopped. They bought new toys, used them twice, and put them aside. Bryan tried to blame being vloggers for their needing all that storage space. The truth is, they buy all this crap, it doesn't fill the hole inside them, and they put it aside and buy something else.

And it's all about themselves. They do those stupid skits to keep the money rolling in, and don't do anything with the boys. Missy is always filming her horse, having a manicure, getting her hair done, or having a photo shoot. Who knows what Bryan is up to, besides wasting money on music.
Edit: I was responding to brownprincess93's post, and got distracted, so I didn't post it right away. So the "even then" is when they lived in the old house, like she was talking about. I'm sure you all are smart enough to know, but just wanted to clarify!

Yes, thay are going to loose their adult/more mature audience, but does it matter to them? No. They know they are loosing 'us'. But they are earning like never before, so fuck that. The kids will stay - till they are not kids any more, or find something shinyer.

I just hope they don't destroy their kids as a consequence.

I don not care about Missy and Bryan, but I care about Ollie and Finn.

One of the reasons Jake Paul is hated is because of the influence he has on kids in the 8-16 years range. Bryan and Missy are just small potatoes compared to him, and don’t get the same mainstream attention. Plus they appeal to kids that are a lot younger and less vocal about their adoration. B&M are however one scandal away from losing their shirts if YT gets pressured to change their definition of “family friendly.” They have no control over what the other creators do, and if anyone makes a sketchy choice that goes public, a lot of parents will be “woke” and could limit their child’s access. There has already been a lot of criticism of the YT kids app for this reason, and parents have demanded that more control over what their children access. Updates are on the way that will allow parents to choose select channels and playlists, and block any outside recommendations. This could severely impact the views B&M get from errant clicks. They are living good right now, but if they aren’t diversifying their business prospects and investing outside of YT, they aren’t prepared for the future. They have zero control of influence over YT. If they switched to a subscription only platform, or changed the definition of family friendku, B&M would be screwed.

I shudder to think how much Bryan spent on that studio. And I don't think other artists are going to flock to Murrieta to pay him to use it. It was for his music, and a vanity project from start to finish..
They may be raking it in, but they are spending foolishly. How many people are on their payroll? Plus a house for Mimi and Papa, the backyard of M&P's old house, the pool reno, outdoor kitchen, new fridge for the garage, etc.

Almost every man looks like they have a baby face after they shave. I actually prefer this clean shaven look over his facial hair....BUT it’s FACIAL HAIR. Big whoop. I do wonder if any Youtubers think/worry about how they would handle the downfall of YT. Some YouTuberss may be able to go on and do different things outside of YouTube and earn a decent, real wage, but even so, it would be a huge loss financially...

Their house, cars, spoiling Oliver, the animals, the studio, how will they be able to realistically afford the upkeep/demands of these things if YouTube falls?

I doubt many have thought about saving, instead they chose to blow as much as they can on unneccersary rubbish...

If YouTube is going to keep paying these fools I would like to see them change their rules for family vloggers who blatantly exploit their kids for money. A percentage of their earnings should be put aside for the kids of YouTube that their parents won't be able to selfishly access...

I really wish that YouTube had the same rules as the rules for child actors Because let's face it, with the scripted BS being put out, a lot of these kids _are_ child actors-- I'm also looking at you, Griffiths sisters! Bribing the kids to say "cute" things, doing multiple takes, etc-- these kids are actors, albeit bad ones. I know that there are ways for parents to get around the rules for child actors, but there's no protection at all for the YT kids. And nobody would be watching just the parents. Would anyone watch Bryan and Missy without Ollie? Or Bonnie or Ruby without their kids? There's no way in hell these people are saving a significant amount of money for their own futures, much less the kids'. They may know that it can't last forever, but they're pretending that's not the case. Ruby is the only one who might be saving, because they're not 100% dependent on YT to pay the mortgage, and they haven't built/bought an extravagant house (yet).
It's not going to change, either, unless some kid gets pissed and sues YT for allowing the exploitation. There will be no point in suing their parents, because they will all be working minimum wage jobs and trying to sell their million subscriber Play Buttons on eBay.
