Lucy Eades: Part 10
Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
I can't believe the dog has a name already. Is it a boy or girl dog? Will we have to wait till Christmas to find out?
Seriously! Lucy can't even shower. Joel does everything. But Hey, lets get a dog. Looking for all new species to f up raising.

Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
Their dog looks so much like mine! Even though they should not have a dog at all, at least they got a full-grown, trained dog so hopefully they don't have to give this one away/lose it on purpose.
Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
Maybe this full grown, trained dog knows how to cook and clean also. I mean Joel must be needed back at work soon.
Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
If my dog went missing and I had 30,000+ subscribers, you can be sure I would be asking for their help to get the information out there.

Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
So basically Lola is dead out in a bush some where They should just stick to cats.
Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
How the hell does a puppy escape from a fenced in back yard?? We had a dog that was a serious digger and she tried to get under the fence to get to the neighbors dog. It took her weeks to finally accomplish getting under the fence bc it was a big hole!

Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
So the property was fenced?
If so, they should really try to ensure they have fixed the problem before getting another dog that could easily escape the same way. I hate irresponsible dog owners! I mean, I get that things DO happen, but something seems off with her story. Don't watch her much so I might of missed something...

Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
Words can't describe how angry I am about the dog situation. I really dislike people like the Eades, who obviously know nothing about dogs yet insist on getting one. (more than one for them) Dogs are responsibilities, they need to be taken care of and treated as such. Obviously they knew nothing about Lola or dogs in general or they would have known what areas of the yard could become easy escape zones/dangerous. I sincerely hope the previous dogs have a new home with someone who understands how to take care of them. I also hope that this dog remains safe and doesn't stray from the image of a "perfect dog" in their eyes. I'm only glad that they have an older dog now that already knows basic commands and is house trained. Uneducated pet owners are not what is best for any dog. I hope they NEVER own another dog.

Did anyone catch Joel's slip up? He almost said we came home to find. Then corrected himself and said we went out back to find. That poor puppy was left out back with no shade in the Texas heat. I bet it whined and whined and someone snatched it.

Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
Yeah, exactly! Dogs need more than love and attention. And if they did leave it out in the heat- so sad!

They have better taste in naming their animals than they do their own children...No offense to the animal lovers!

Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
Wait...I'm confused. Can someone clarify this for me? I haven't been able to watch the video. Did the dog get lost or did she die?
Whoever I was
I'm not that person now.
But what I wish I was
I'm still so far away from.

They keep saying that the puppy got loose from the yard but checked EVERYWHERE so they are sure someone took her and is not giving her back.keckey wrote:Wait...I'm confused. Can someone clarify this for me? I haven't been able to watch the video. Did the dog get lost or did she die?
I really hope that they have fixed their broken fence issue. Not only did Lola get out, but they said the dog before that, Lilly, got out a lot as well.

I don't care what Lucy said happened to Lola because it is a LIE! If it were the truth she wouldn't have taken so long to say what happened.

I did breast feed my children if you need to know that. There isn't any reason why if her baby is hungry why she can't sit in her car (air running to stay cool) let Joel take the kids in and nurse in private. How hard is that? A lot of mom's don't have a problem doing this, but no Lucy's babies just seems to ALWAYS need to be fed when she is out in public. Lucy herself said in a recent vlog that she needs to plan better and will in the future. Babies also want to nurse to be comforted so instead of offering a binky Lucy chooses to use her boobs as the pacifier. Many mom's pump so bottle feeding can be a option, but she uses the excuse it is too early to introduce a binky or a bottle to her. There are ALL kinds of options. It's in the best interest of all babies to be able to be satisfied with pacifiers and breast milk in a bottle because in life we never know what situations may arise that it would be needed.

My goodness, of course you can plan when a newborn will feed. I did it successfully with 2 children.LovePotion009 wrote:yeahbuddy wrote:what do you mean by that? how many children have you breastfed? with a newborn you cannot plan when they will eat, they can eat every 20 minutes one day and then go hours between feedings the next day. there is no planning or scheduling involved. the breastfeeding comments on this website drive me bonkers.LovePotion009 wrote:If Lucy is so about the right to breastfeed uncover in public then I wonder why she covered herself while feeding at The Chefs Academy??? I took note of the time of each feed, which side was emptied and how long it took. Based on that, I knew whether a cry was for more food or purely for comfort. I am not inclined to shove a boob in a baby's mouth just to shut it up, I was always more interested in finding out what was wrong. So I checked the nappy, checked the baby was not too hot or cold, burped the baby, cuddled and soothed the baby. If all else failed, then yes, I would offer a feed. But in all my time of breast feeding (2 years spread over 2 children) I NEVER fed whilst standing. I could make time for it to be private and personal and to be all about that baby's needs.
Breast feeding at a desk whilst asking questions about classes is not at all necessary. Especially when your buffoon of a husband is standing right behind you with a video camera and not even supervising his other children. Why didn't Joel ask the question about classes? Because that wouldn't have met Lucy's requirement to cause a scene.
Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
It would be interesting to know what she would have done if Kacen or Peyson had asked for booby milk at that particular point in time. Does she carry that around in a cup for them?
Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
Maybe its just me and such but I don't really see the point on keep giving a 4 year old breast milk. Not hating on it but I understand newborn to 2 years old for nutrients and such but a four year old? He's a big boy and cows milk or soy milk won't kill him. I feel like Lucy keeps giving him some to baby him in a way. You know since once her kids past two she doesn't know where to go from there.
In the name of the moon, I shall gossip about you.
Re: Lucy Eades: Part 10
And this is why so many mums turn to formula before trying to figure out the real reason behind cluster feeding. These type of ignorant posts that convince them that all cluster feeding instantly means low supply, and that baby won't thrive.Snow White wrote:
Also ONE reason BF babies can appear to eat often is that they are simply looking for the comfort of the nipple. They are not actually hungry. This is a FACT. This is where a pacifier would be handy. They make pacifiers that support BF!
Also my initial statement is also a fact. The baby may be feeding more often, due to insufficient milk supply. NOT saying that is the case, but it is a possibility!
Because of course it couldn't be the baby and mother's body working in synchronisation. The baby advising the mother's milk supply that s/he is about to go through a growth spurt, and needs her to create more milk for the next few days.
Supply and demand. Who woulda realised?
