This thread is so full of bug buddies now it's hard to snark and gossip on here.

Just because people have differing opinions it doesn't make them bug buddies lol In fact, these last few pages of this thread have hardly been used to discuss Oscar and Kyra at all. More like people debating and defending themselves.

I hope this post doesn't annoy anyone (because it seems like we're all on edge haha) but can we just move on from the name talk? Not everyone will ever agree on this.

In other news, Kyra tweeted that it's been really hard today and she's stressed because Alaya is hungry but won't latch. I'm not a mom, I can't imagine how frustrating that must feel. She's asking for advice though so that's good, yes? Not to compare (but totally comparing), but I don't feel like Keren would have done that. Y'know, because she's the queen of breastfeeding and all.

Keren did ask for advice on getting milk supply up. I feel bad for Kyra because she did well with nursing Levi and probably thought it would be easy this time around. I know the feeling, one kid was a nursing champ and my other bot. Hopefully they can get a lactation specialist in to help them.

Nursing champ? Didn't she quit breastfeeding Levi a few months in? I remember in her early vlogs her giving formula and not breastfeeding.

Yes I said that one of kids was a nursing champ and the other had a very hard time. I think she nurses for a couple of months before switching to formula, but she didnt have any latch issues eith him in the hospital or aftwr so I can see where it can be frustrating that new baby is having trouble.

Wow he kinda does! Personally I think Oscar is a cutie! He would look way better if he slept more and wasn't a jerk to Kyra though. They're both attractive and make adorable kids.

I don't want to risk sounding cruel, but I find it kind of funny that baby girl is only a day old and already Kyra is getting a taste that it's not always going to be as easy as it was with Levi. I think they got extremely lucky that Levi was such a good baby.

And Kyra... ask your nurses for advise, not the bug buddies lmao.

Okay, so I definitely think she looks cute! I am not sure about the name yet... seems kind of pretty but I'm not sure lol, but I really don't think its any of our places to judge the name since its not like she named the kid cookie or something completely ridiculous lol. To be fair to the people arguing its a made up name (which I have no idea if it is or isn't) technically speaking all names are made up at some point or another just some have been around for a long time haha. But ok, I really wish they would have just said they were going to hold off on videos until after a little time with the baby instead of pretending Oscar spends 19 hours a day editing. I want them to enjoy her and thats why they should just wait a few days before uploading but its annoying when they say all these videos will go up and they aren't. Also rant towards all vloggers (not just O and K but including them) it really gets on my nerves when they complain about vlogging. Like if youre making money off of it treat it like a business. I was a lawyer and I would never complain to a client the youtubers complain to their viewers. And especially with OK they constantly say that these vlogs are just for them thats why they make them perfect, but from a business stance this is their sole source of income and so to be fair the vlogs are not just home videos or "keepsakes" for them to look back on and it pisses me off that they don't just get caught up already/ make a plan to stop posting until they are ready. Also if they had a vlog up today I would get not showing her face for audience draws but its annoying now... just post a pic of your baby your not a celebrity lol. But overall I am happy for them and I have been enjoying the overall tone of the vlogs more (less obnoxious acting and collages) so I am looking forward to seeing more of Alaya and Levi!

Honestly Alaya is a gorgeous name and she is gorgeous!! Also Kyra looks fucking stunning for just having a baby, like she looks better then me and I haven't even had a kid!
Also Oscar looks so much more happier and it just makes me happy that they are all happy!!
And the posts of Levi with her make me want to die of happiness, he loves and adores her so much! I can see him being an overprotective brother and fight all the boys off of her!

I can't wait to see this family flourish!!

And we can't really complain about the vlogs being late, Oscar has a new baby and two sides of the family to entertain!!

In basque you pronounce it "Al-eye-a" , but idk how they're gonna pronounce it...probably the wrong way.

Totally random but do you speak Basque? It's always been a fascination of mine. I read a lot of Spanish lit in college but my university never offered anything related to Basque lang or history specifically.

I will wait to comment on the name choice until we hear how they are pronouncing it...
