Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
Off topic but I would just like to compliment Playsinrain and lmmomSD. They hardly ever agree on topics but are always able to have a respectful conversation. I feel like so much more could be accomplished in society if this was the case for all adults. Okay...back to the regularly scheduled program

Thanks! We actually agree on other vloggers! But it's nice to be able to disagree and do it respectfully. Thanks for the kind words.madi_b_123 wrote:Off topic but I would just like to compliment Playsinrain and lmmomSD. Thank you as well!!! I Immom.. i really do. Lol! But like she said it's nice to disagree maturely. I enjoy a good debate! Nothing wrong with disagreeing when you can do it respectfully!lmmomSD wrote:Thanks! We actually agree on other vloggers! But it's nice to be able to disagree and do it respectfully. Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
I think Britney is a fault for this one. C&K let the kids play with the dogs in ways that some might not agree with, but i have never seen them let either of the kids flop around on Emma like he was. Britney should have stopped him. He could have easily hurt her the way he was bouncing on her. I'm surprised she was as patient as she was being. Like you said shes old and arthritic. i was cringing the whole time.lmmomSD wrote:I am glad the dogs don't nip the kids, but sometimes I wish they would. Because Cullen and Katie are obviously not teaching those kids to respect the dogs. They let Gaines use them as pillows and as you said they let Brooks bounce on Emma. He's not tiny. And she's old and looks arthritic. It has to hurt. But they don't tell him not to. Just laugh and film it.

Cullen’s instagramming while driving today. We don’t need to see Gaines sing “Part of Your World” every single day.

I understand that Jay and Kelly are upset and keep posting but I think it’s completely insensitive that Cullen and Katie keep on.

They've shown her singing that song in the car for about 4 days straight. Some times it's been Katie in the passenger seat filming it, but this morning on Instagram it was Cullen driving and filming.Baconsgirl wrote:^ I thought Katie was doing it for him.

Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
I dont think it is really... according to J&K's video today, katie has known Esther since she was around 10 years old, her mom and Esther were best friends. I think Cullen and katie both were closer to her than we realize. Katie has known her longer than she's known her own mother in law.Baconsgirl wrote:I understand that Jay and Kelly are upset and keep posting but I think it’s completely insensitive that Cullen and Katie keep on.

If you go on Cullen's Instagram and watch his instastories, he was driving Gaines in the car, driving, and recording her from the drivers seat today.Baconsgirl wrote:So it was today?askeptichere wrote:They've shown her singing that song in the car for about 4 days straight. Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
Doing that a week after his sister in law's beloved mother in law got killed in a car accident really is insensitive. "This really great woman just died in a car crash, but watch me drive and film my daughter in the back of the car singing! Who cares if there are other people on the road? Distracted driving is fun!"askeptichere wrote:If you go on Cullen's Instagram and watch his instastories, he was driving Gaines in the car, driving, and recording her from the drivers seat today.Baconsgirl wrote:So it was today?askeptichere wrote: They've shown her singing that song in the car for about 4 days straight. Katie didn’t seem so heartbroken and effected about Esther’s loss when she was acting like a fool on IG just days after.

yeah I posted that before I heard that. I do have a similar relationship with my aunts MIL. I just feel uneasy about them talking about it. I feel that if they truly felt that way that they shouldn’t have vlog. Do you kinda see where I’m coming from?Playsinrain wrote:I dont think it is really... according to J&K's video today, katie has known Esther since she was around 10 years old, her mom and Esther were best friends. So she's supposed to be acting depressed all the time if she's really heartbroken...?HelloSweetie wrote:Katie didn’t seem so heartbroken and effected about Esther’s loss when she was acting like a fool on IG just days after.

No, but she maybe doesn’t need to act more obnoxious and giddy than usual on social media.AutumnLeaves3 wrote:So she's supposed to be acting depressed all the time if she's really heartbroken...?HelloSweetie wrote:Katie didn’t seem so heartbroken and effected about Esther’s loss when she was acting like a fool on IG just days after.

Her and Cullen with the slide and the aquarium the other day wasn’t even funny. Glad their marriage is doing better, but I still think they should be having a good time even when alcohol isn’t involved.

Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
That's what concerns me. There's nothing wrong with going out and getting a buzz on, or even staying home and having a few. But they seem unable to have a good time without it. And as parents in their mid-thirties, maybe they should find ways to have fun without alcohol? Maybe have a "date night" where they don't get blitzed? And try to talk and reconnect without it? Maybe they can't connect without alcohol anymore. And that would really be sad, because the connection seemed so real in their old vlogs.HelloSweetie wrote:No, but she maybe doesn’t need to act more obnoxious and giddy than usual on social media.AutumnLeaves3 wrote:So she's supposed to be acting depressed all the time if she's really heartbroken...?HelloSweetie wrote:Katie didn’t seem so heartbroken and effected about Esther’s loss when she was acting like a fool on IG just days after.
