I think it’s a reach..I went back to rewatch the clip and Justin looked normal just as Rachelle looked normal too. They didn’t seem mad about it. She wouldn’t recall a memory that was tainted with Justin cheating and then edit the video and decide to keep it in there. I think Justin didn’t know the name of her and Rachelle did and that’s fine. But I don’t think that’s the girl Justin cheated with. He cheated when he was deployed I think. Around the time where Brynn was being conceived and when she passed or after. Not too sure of the timeline since I only know them from their taking the nursery down video. But it didn’t seem tense in that convo to me at all.

2) I love how they want a house but she paid at least 300 bucks for an early upgrade she didn't need... (Basing it off the type if phone she bought, how old her phone is and how much it cost my husband to upgrade a month early last week, which was $80)

When they talk about houses they always say “their nice houses are only $300,000-$400,000! That’s such a great price!” I literally die. How the heck can they afford that?! That’s so expensive. My husband and I are looking to get our first house and we are not going to go over $120,000-$150,000. Your first house isn’t supposed to be a giant perfect dream house. Nobody ever stays in their first house the rest of their lives. Not only that but even with bringing in a decent amount of money a month we cannot afford to spend $300,000 on a house at this point in our lives. They both don’t have a degree so I have no idea how they afford it at all.

300,000 to 400,000 is pretty reasonable. Decent investment as well and a great price for a starter home. Getting something cheap won't help them in the long run. Suppose they move in and stay for a few years and one of them gets a real career and they're able to decide to upgrade they can't do shit with a mortgage around 120-150,000 they'd probably have to pay that all off. Why do that when you can jump in head first and know you can sell your house for a decent amount if you decide to upgrade. Cheaper isn't always better

Lol the only way to make a profit is to sell for more than what you paid. It’s not smart to buy a house that you can’t afford only because you think it might be worth more in the future. They won’t get to a few years because the house will be in foreclosure. For a house that’s $350,000 with a 20% downpayment of $60,000 they would be paying $2,150 for a mortgage a month. I find it very hard to believe that they could afford that with no real career. If they bought a house for $150,000 and invested in it with upgrades and repairs they would be able to sell it for more than they had in it. Buying a house for $350,000 which I’m assuming is either at the top of their budget or more and not being able to do upgrades or whatever doesn’t give them room to make a profit. They would have to wait on the housing market at that point. I don’t think it’s smart for them to spend that much on their first house. “ Most lenders recommend that borrowers spend no more than 28 percent of their monthly income on a mortgage payment. For instance, if you make $8,000 a month and owe $500 in monthly debt payments, you could get a 30-year mortgage of up to $380,000 with 5 percent interest” There is no way they make anywhere near $8,000/month yet their budget for a house is the same as someone who does. So no it’s not a smart move for them.

Rachelle is better than anyone he cheated/cheats with but she is very co-dependant and they are also very Christian. I believe that is why she puts up with it and never spoke about it. She would rather have him around than do things on her own, which is understandable because they got married so young she just moved from One care giver (mom) to another (Justin) without having to learn how to be self sufficient in between.

I know the timing is most likely a coincidence, but I couldn’t believe what I was seeing!!! Haha. I SWEAR, IF SHE STARTS SLAMMING THESE NEW PHONES DOWN......

That is not a starter home. Lol. Maybe where she lives that is but lol. You never buy. I house based on what you might earn.

Unless Justin gets a real career they will never beable to afford the kind of house she wants in CA. It actually would be smart to move to a different state. She would keep more of her youtube money by paying lower taxes in a different state.
