It didn't have to be drama. It could have easily been fixed. Ruby made a conscious decision to GO OUT OF HER WAY and make her daughter cry .... FOR MONEY. Don't let the sweet, ditzy, facade of these Griffith sisters fool you. Imagine being a mom who thinks, "I'm going to get out the camera, knowing my kid is going to cry, use it for clickbait, thumbnails, views, whatever, for money." Tell me how that isn't evil?

Being a mum to a 9 year old girl I totally agree, this was plain evil on rubys behalf. She new when her birthday was and plans or no plans I would have said to Bonnie That day is Julie's birthday so I will ask the birthday girl what she would like to do and then give Julie the options if dates and days she could do these things. I wouldn't care if my sister was going I would still take her tubing on a different day if that's what she wanted and also would of asked to have Olivia onthe day Julie decided. Also in no means do I usually give my child so many options but on her birthday when it's her day. I would never do what ruby did. Then stick a camera in her face at the same time for the great content (That's what she probably told Julie as she shoved the camera on her)

Yes julie should have been asleep! What a way to go to bed all upset! I know it's really fun for us all to watch and gossip, but I honestly am tired of youtube allowing this. I hope these kids grow up and sue everyone involved. There is a difference between recording your kids dance recital, birthday party, swim meet, WHATEVER, and recording them every day to share with 2mil people. For money. Intimate, vulnerable moments. Even normal moments like getting ready for school or sitting at home reading a book... this is their private time! They are humans. Kids cannot consent appropriately to this. 100% NO. Youtube needs to get it together. We already know youtube kids get teased at school for things their parents post. God forbid they are humiliated to an emotionally dangerous point. Im disgusted, in case you can't tell. Even that video where Shari and Ruby were making fun of Eve's poop odor. Like WTH... ?! Eve has no say in that. I really thought You Tube was going to get tough about vloggers exploiting the kids.But along Google making money they don’t care.I wish the government could step in.I am so worried what these kids are going be like as adults,They are going need a shrink rest there lives.I wish one of the Frankes would sue Ruby and Kevin.But they are not going to sue the parents.I wish these kids had somebody to talk to.

I just watched the puzzle one/ bath bomb one. Shari is 15, almost 16 years old. She needs to grow up! Who cares if Eve made the bathroom smell. Spray some air freshener, shut the door and move on! For someone who got a 1280 on her PRESAT you’d think she’d know that the exhaust fan is for steam and NOT for getting rid of smells in a bathroom. I love how Ruby didn’t know that LOL thing needed water when she thanked Russel for filling up the water.
Someone commented that when it first leaked they would have moved it to sink- my 2 cents is how did they not know it would leak/overall in some capacity? The purple bowl thing was pretty full- you add something with volume in it and the water rises, let alone it being a bath bomb that fizzles!

I have seen many times where Mormon kids will talk about all these colleges they might go to, but always end up at BYU. I am of the belief that they give a lot of illusions of freedom, but they are illusions. To keep the teens from rebelling.

They did the demonetization thing, and that seemed to appease the advertisers. And as long as the advertisers aren't making noise, YouTube doesn't give a rat's ass as long as the money is coming in. I know we're not supposed to talk about these kinds of things, and I am not saying we should do it, but pressure on advertisers to keep pressure on YT is the only thing that will change things. Our little group probably couldn't bring enough pressure to bear anyway..
It's really sad that these parents seem to completely lose sight of what's important once the money starts rolling in. The Leroy's mom filmed telling the kids their grandmother was dying. And asked them how it felt on camera. Then used the scene as a thumbnail. Ruby is teaching her well.

Especially since Kevin teaches at BYU. It's not free, but there is a 50% discount. That's a lot cheaper than an Ivy League education.

I hope, Shari sticks to her plan and studies and gets a degree. And does not follow the "find a husband there, get married, stay at home, get children pathway". For me it is fine, if someone wants to stay at home, but a good education comes first in my opinion.

Yes!!! But i doubt it, she will most likely go to BYU and find a husband in the first year and drop out.

I watched about 4 seconds of the video just to read the comments to figure out her announcement would be writing a book. Did she say what the book would about? My guess is it will b called “Mothers are Powerful” as that’s her favorite Instagram tag line. As you guys already mentioned, my first thought was that poor editor!!! They’re going to have their work cut out for them.

Who really would want advice from her when she fails as a mother in so many ways. The title should be "how to parent the lazy way" or "how to be a selfish mother as taught by my mother" or
"f@@k the kids and pamper yourself".
