Those numbers don’t sound right. They barely get 10k per video. That’s like $50 per video. There would be no point in vlogging if that were the case. There’s no way they could make a living off of that.

Hank Green—who would DEFINITELY know—has explained AdSense is roughly $2 per 1000 views. And that was even before YT/Google seemed to make changes to AdSense revenue. Many (probably most) small YTers have to rely on brand deals and sponsorships and merch now.
Corbin and Kelsey are NOT making much money from YT anymore...that's why they sell crappy merch and Corbin seems to have a job now.
This is one of the reasons Corbin REALLY messed up by burning the bridge with DBs. They really helped C&K's channel and now that audience is gone.
They are probably lucky if they bring in $1500 a month from AdSense.
YT is not really a career, but more of a gamble...and they are totally losing.
Also, keep in mind that Corbin and Kelsey have to pay ALL of their own taxes and health insurance, etc. They also (or used to) work with Fullscreen and Trending Family and BOTH of those companies take a cut of their income for their services.
I honestly think they only just get by with help from family. I really don't think they make even an average income from YT.
They peaked with June's birth and that was ONLY because of Missy's help promoting their channel (and she was giving them money and TONS of gifts). Now they are screwed. Baby #2 was meant to bring in revenue, but their channel is just dying.
Did anyone else notice her new "design" is just basically the logo from Clairol Herbal Essence shampoo bottle from the 70s. It's not even original and yellow is not flattering on most people.

So they’ve now decided that they’re going to have to get rid of some stuff! Corbin “ we only use the piano at the holidays”, does that mean they’ll move it out and only bring it back at the holidays along with the other decorations?
They’d be better off getting a smaller table and putting it in the kitchen. The house is just so small and it’ll feel smaller with a new baby.

Yep. They are ashamed that they're selling things to supplement their income so they arw trying to disguise it as needing to do it to create more floor space.
They could get rid of everything and it would still be closet with expensive repairs looming in the future.

Right before infertility. She swore she was pregnant. She made a video about it and went on about it for two or 3. Where she for sure thought she was and then her period came which she assumed was her losing a baby. Except she was never pregnant and like her doctor and commentors told her this was totally normal for someone coming off an IUD. But she knows her body so well so she knows she was pregnant.
I wonder if they expected his parents to automatically foot the bill to add on to the house if Kelsey got pregnant? I honestly don't know how they are going to make it work in that 800~ sq. ft. house with two VERY small kids (and the baby comes basically in the winter, so they can't use the backyard as an extra room).
I HONESTLY don't know why they decided to have a second kid right now when they are obviously NOT in a good place financially or with their living situation. They just make such STUPID life choices. I mean, even with June...who gets pregnant while living in a freakin' van???
Why have they never actually shown the garage??? Kelsey sometimes films in there, but they've never shown it in a vlog/tour. I'm guessing it's just a mess of things that don't fit in their shoebox house.
If I were them, I'd bit the bullet and sell the house over the summer while the weather is still nice/garden is blooming and then move into a rental house. They NEED more space. Their house is about the same size as their tiny Portland apartment and they still complain about how small that was when June was a newborn and she lived in a closet!!!

However, they could make it better if the sold the over sized furniture. They don’t need a table for 8, get a smaller table and a smaller couch and they could then put some of the toys in the living space so they can fit (barely) both kids in the second bedroom. Or, downsize their own large bed and frame for something smaller and put the kids in the bigger master and take June’s old room for themselves.
I certainly would have never bought that house, for a multitude of reasons, but it could definitely function better then it is currently.

That is all true, they do need to down-scale everything. But I also think it's chaotic and noisy and messy—and very little privacy. June is very loud. The new baby will be loud. The house is literally a small square and just four small rooms. Where does anyone go to get some private, quiet time??
I think even June's closet bedroom at the PDX apartment had a door to close it off, but the new baby will be sleeping in a room with other people regardless of where they put him. So NO ONE is going to get any sleep once that baby arrives.
