They're not there. It's all OLD footage from their anniversary trip last year. Branden does these stupid extended versions of their vacations (I think one is actually 2 hours long!!) And for some reason, people watch them!
I just think it's really insensitive to to New York right now, and I think the only reason he's using that footage as opposed to say, the Disney cruise, is because NYC is in the news right now, so he thinks people are more likely to watch. And he's counting on people thinking he's there now. And that is insensitive AF.

I just spent a weekend at work with one COVID patient that died and 2 more that likely died last night after I left or will die some time today. All of which had to die alone. Without family. People that are enjoying this disgust me and clearly have no concept of what’s really going on.

I am so sorry. Thank you for everything that you are doing by taking care of others, putting them first, and putting not only yourself but your family at risk as well just by doing your job. A job that some couldn’t and/or wouldn’t do. A job is something that these idiots and others like them haven’t a clue about. I was floored when I watched their IG stories and Mindy was blabbering on and on about that not being able to take their trip. People are dying and she’s complaining about her trip and loading a freakin’ dishwasher for the third time. Inconsiderate bitch. Also her comment about being happy living in a time when history was being made over and over again. Why do people follow and watch these assholes? Of course she had treats and snacks for them when they took a ride yesterday.

Thank you for not letting those people die alone. They may not have had family with them, but they weren't alone thanks to you and your coworkers and your caring.
I can't actually wish this on any of these vloggers, because I just can't. But I wish they would have some kind of wakeup call to show them how meaningless what they do is in the grand scheme of things. And to what is going on right outside their doors.

PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one who thinks posting a "travel movie" of Branden and Mindy's trip to NYC LAST YEAR is the height of insensitivity at best, and possibly an attempt to cash in on the fact that New York is in the news right now, and they think maybe people will watch thinking that they traveled to New York in the past few weeks.
And I think these "travel movies" are a cash grab anyway. Do they actually get views? Why? I have no desire to watch them showing off their epic rad savage vacations even once, much less _again_ in an extended version.
I wish there was a way to report a video for being in bad taste.

This is exactly it. A lot of people likely are searching "New York" related on YT and Branden hoping a new possible subscriber comes across their videos. They live for the blog now. Branden cannot do "epic" "rad" things so they are trying other ways to increase viewership and promote.

Went into town yesterday to pick up a script, had my mask on and then proceeded to have a panic attack because of it. Hate things around my face. Living in the country we have 4 cases but the surrounded metro areas are being overrun with it. I haven't been able to go to my mom's house in over 5 weeks. She is by herself and can't drive. I worry about her and have a friend that works at the grocery store pick up her groceries and I order a Pizza for delivery about every other week, but her area is bad. So watching them make light of this makes me so pissed. Hope everyone is doing okay, and remember this too shall pass, but not soon enough. For those of you working during this time, take care of yourself so you can take care of your families. And for all of you in the medical settings, thank you.

It's different in every state, unfortunately. Utah isn't really even mandated to stay home. A lot of restaurants are doing takeout still. You can even get cocktails delivered in California
But she is going on today about how Branden sent her "fah-lowers". Are florists an essential business?
And she says he had never sent her flowers before. At least that was my understanding of heryammering. Yeah, he's #husbandgoals all right. For a minute she actually sounded like she had woken up a little and realized how "blessed" they are, but nope. No such luck.
