Soooo he cheated or she cheated, he probably said she's gonna get less of the taxes? I hope he gives her like 50-75% of the taxes in clothes for the kids. That's what I'd do at least. I don't understand why she doesn't use that good amount of money for their birthdays, Easter, Christmas, and set aside money to get clothes. Even if she just buys gift cards to set away.

one year, chuckie used "her" half of his tax refund and bought the kids clothes instead of giving her money. she was LIVID. they were divorced at this time, so he literally owed her nothing but tayler picked a fight with chuckie over him spending "her half." but he spent it on the kids knowing that if he just gave her cash, shed blow it on useless stuff for herself because thats what she always does.

And that's what he should do every year because she'd be more forced to get a job then

I haven't followed her for the last few years but at least for 2017 she did have those sponsored ad things for some water bottles or something? And she did the photography thing? Even if she just made like $30 all year (and I'm sure she made more) she can file taxes. It'd be pretty hilarious if she didn't know that though.

You have had to make at least $1000 I believe, could be more. And she wouldn't get anywhere near what chucky gets. With 4 kids she would need to make at least like 23000 of self employed money to get back the maximum refund. If she filed with the little income she got she wouldn't get shit back. I'm sure she's tried before lol

No, that's all wrong. There's no minimum amount for filing and you're required to file for anything more than $400. I'm self employed and made half of that amount and get back around 8,000. You get more the more kids and less income that you have, not the other way around.

It is nice. (; I file my taxes by myself. It's like $30 online for a Schedule C and you can deduct that amount from your refund. Yes you pay taxes on self employment but when you make such a small amount, you're not paying that much. For example I owed about 1700 for that 11k. The amount for each child credit, deductions and the EIC exceeds that by far. It doesn't matter though, the Earned Income Credit is specifically designed for low-income families and the amount that you receive is calculated based on the amount of children that you have and what your income is, similar to food stamps. The more money I have made each year, the lower my EIC has gone. That's odd that nobody would file self employment income for $400 since it's legally required at that amount. I work on Amazon Mechanical Turk and every fellow worker that I know knows that you must report any amount earned above $400. I'm sure Taylor made around that amount at least, throughout the year. It's not as if Chuckie could claim the children as dependents to be eligible for any of those credits so I don't know why he'd get a huge refund for her to borrow from.

People who have dependents and are self employed with an only income of $400 usually cheat the system and pretend they worked imaginary jobs that don't need proof of to get to their targeted income to be able to claim their maximum refund. That's why if you're self employed you're more likely to be audited.


I'm sure chucky makes the amount required to get 6-8k too. She doesn't borrow money from him, she takes the money he's going to spend on his kids and spends it on herself lol idk why she thinks his refund is by law hers too. Honestly chucky is just either dumb as fuck or doesn't care about the kids either, he doesn't owe her shit from the income tax.

Soo, in the past chuckle probably claimed Tayler as a dependent-his wife? Correct? My aunt is on disability and my uncle claims her and their daughters. But can he claim her as a dependent if there has been a no contact order all year? Forgive me, I'm 19 and this year is my first time actually doing taxes on my own so I have no fn idea.
Also, do y'all think Tayler petitioned child support for Amity yet even though she was conceived on a no contact order?
