So what’s the verdict? Was that post a troll post or do you think the person was being genuine? Either way, I love it lol.
The reason her chin looks funny is probably because the filter didn’t work properly.
Even when blankette was in the snoo, she had her in another room. Isn’t the point of the snoo to put it next to your bed?
The phoniness permeates off her skin onto my screen at lightening speed lately.

Pure shade. She just knew that to flat out criticize Elle would be' bullying and abuse' and would get the comment removed/blocked. Backhanded compliment at its finest.Notablogger wrote: ↑Tue Dec 03, 2019 9:01 am So what’s the verdict? Was that post a troll post or do you think the person was being genuine? Hahaha, 100% shade. I love it!
I was watching old vlogs today, because I’m wrapping Christmas gifts and need to catch up on shit I haven’t seen... she’s putting away laundry and asks if we want to see a “low fold method” of how she puts dans laundry away because he doesn’t like folding his clothes and she doesn’t have time..... *insert crickets*
You are a stay at home mom, who lugs her older kids off to “school” and you’re too busy to fold your working husbands laundry? HAHAHAHAHAHA OKAY! Clearly in love with her husband and thankful to him for supporting their family!

I don’t think Elle is attracted to Dan.
Here’s what I think: I think she likes that he’s a vet. That he’s tall and has a decent body. And that he provides. But other than that I think she’s not into him. She doesn’t like his hair or face or personality.
I get the feeling that she thinks she deserves “better.” Or maybe she’s just asexual. I can’t quite picture her being romantic or sexual.
Also her latest pic of Cohen, whatever filter she is using makes her kitchen look dirty. The fan looks like it hasn’t ever been cleaned.

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
She pretty much admitted this in her tell-all car vlogs where she said on the day of her wedding to Dan she didn't even want to marry him. Dan and Elle did a disservice to each other and themselves by staying in a relationship that obviously wasn't a good match/wasn't going anywhere, and now they're basically just in a partnership wherein Elle's using Dan for his money and prestige and Dan probably just wants to live in the same house as his kids so he wouldn't pursue divorce.Notablogger wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 2:02 pm I don’t think Elle is attracted to Dan.

Elle: “omg prayers for my sick baby!!!!!111 basically life or death emergency in the ER omg omg”
Elle immediately after: “lets do a detailed critique of tea”
Life doesn’t end just because your kid is sick, I get it, but maybe pretend like you care about your prop baby for more than just the clickbait.

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
My god she’s SOOOOO condescending when explaining their “ethos” (did she just learn that word?)
I would absolutely hate to be her family. I would 100% buy the most obnoxious plastic junky toy just to shove it in her face. If she was less condescending it wouldn’t be so bad.
We always tell our family, our daughter doesn’t need anything but if you’re going to get something, here’s the next size up that we’re stockpiling and maybe 1 toy/book that she’s into.

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
So this new "direction" Elle is going for is at least giving more concise content and it is less of a bore than her old videos. I think she is definitely taking notes from Do it in the dime.
Her unlikable qualities still show through for me though. I agree with you guys saying she still clickbaits in different forms and doing it more so in Instagram. But today she clicked bait by saying on the title that they got rid of ALL technology. In reality, she banned TV and video games for the boys. Here I am thinking it's for the whole family and wondering how she's going to pull off not being in social media and getting her husband off his video games too. Also, Elle said that after having a talk withForde about no video games, she goes "the next day, I asked Forde to tell Daddy what we talked about". Did she just seriously decided to ban TV and video games without talking over it with Dan? If she did, it's crazy how much control she has over her husband and children and don't even respect her co-parenting partner (Dan is barely a husband to her at this point).

Thoughts on today’s video:
I get where Elle is coming from with the toys. As a grown adult with a house I want to look a certain way, and the fact that I do 80% of the toy pickup... I get it. But DAMN! Her poor kids! This time goes by in a flash, you won’t have obnoxious toys forever. And how bored her kids must be with the lack of variety. I would understand more if she totally boycotted toys and only provided them with art supplies, but I’d be shocked if she ever let them play with paint and glue and Knick knacks. I’m certain she just wants her house to look a certain way, and if that’s the case, turn your unused basemen into a toy room, that’s what we did, and no toys except LEGO and crafts upstairs. My kids are happy with their colourful toys, and I don’t have to stare at them day in and day out.
Also her finger... “so many of you said that you have experience with this and a large portion of the injury grew back for you or your loved one” ...... *crickets*
No Elle... proof or it was never said to you. The real truth is you cut off 1/3 of your fingernail and then made it all fucking dramatic about how your finger TIP is gone. It’s so funny to me... in her first video she says she cut it off and had to wait at ER for like 8 hours or something stupid.... now the truth is revealed.... they made her wait because it was just her finger nail
As for the “we cut off all technology” aka tv and Nintendo.... Elle, you and your “husband” should lead by example.... try getting your guys’ faces out of tech stuff and your kids would follow suit... practice what you preach lady.
I will give Elle props for her content lately. She’s actually curated topics to put on her channel, even if it isn’t the best stuff, it’s more than her “DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSY SAHM VLOG” that she was pulling off as “content” before. Who knows, maybe she’s improving.... or maybe she’s just still trolling us over here and trying to prove something. Remember Elle, if it isn’t genuine, it won’t stick!!!

I actually watched her recent video. I hardly do anymore because she’s just so annoying.
She clearly can’t multitask. Why is she doing videos where she needs to multitask. Her thoughts are scattered and she stumbles through the whole video because she’s trying to wrap presents.
Did she really tell Forde he can’t play video games because then there isn’t room in his heart for Jesus? Holy crap.

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
Her explaining to forde about video game “addiction” and then having forde tell dan about it was 100% elle’s way of telling dan off for playing video games again. She absolutely cannot stand anything that man does. She likes that he brings in money, but that’s it. I kinda feel bad for him, but at the same time he’s so sheepish and won’t stand up for himself.

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
My immediate thought of her saying forde’s “video game addiction” didn’t leave enough room in his heart for Jesus, was that this poor kid is being forced to choose between a hobby he shares with his dad and Jesus. This child will NOT grow up to be a Christian with the values Elle is forcing on him.

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
I haven’t watched her videos in a long time. Mostly I’ve been too busy and they’re too boring but I feel like I need to watch this one. It sounds like she is trying to take away something forde and Dan can actually bond over. What a terrible thing to do to a father and son. It’s not like it’s actually a bad hobby. Anything in excess is a problem - including shopping for designer purses you don’t need but to destroy the one thing your husband enjoys (God forbid Dan enjoy himself with something that doesn’t benefit Elle) and shame him with his own son? Gross.
This actually offends me. Maybe I need to watch this to ensure my judgement is accurate. But WTF?!

I’m confused by her recent #ad Instagram photo. She’s asking people to donate money for a cause... and she’s getting paid to ask them that?

I haven’t watched today’s video but the descriptions are making me ragey. Next thing you know she’ll expect Dan to stop playing video games. Fuck her. She’s awful.

Just some screen shots of how horrendous Elle looks for everyone’s enjoyment

Someone needs to comment on that Home Depot / charity ad with “Oh, is this where all your Giving Back fund money will be going to??”

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
I have so many thoughts, guys...
I totally get taking away video games and electronics but if you’re going to limit your kids to one hour of screen time A WEEK then maybe in Elle’s “mindful Christmas shopping,” she could venture beyond the clearance aisle at Indigo? There are so many WAY better toys that, yes, cost more money than ten fucking dollars per kid, but will serve her family way better. The best she can come up with is dinosaurs and fucking fart ninjas?? If you take away your electronic babysitters, it can’t be to force your kids to be more intentional in their childhood - YOU have to be more intentional in your parenting. She’s putting it ALL on them and that’s not okay.
Or if she doesn’t want to do gifts/toys, then maybe her “mindful parenting” could be more than sitting down with her kids for an hour a week to watch a movie, and buy them passes to indoor playgrounds or the science centre or the zoo or SOMETHING instead. Those are going to be some cranky ass bored AF kids because they have the world’s most limited collection of boring fucking toys. She lives within spitting distance of all of these places and yet they never go. She never does ANYTHING with them.
As a mom, I LOVE shopping for my kids at Christmas. I think about what they’d like to play with as individuals and I think about what would be fun for them to play with collaboratively either kid-to-kid, or as a family. I like toys that serve a certain purpose (and yes, aesthetic - I’m a sucker for wooden toys) and that my kids will play with for a long time. If that toy costs me $100 but they use it regularly for 5 years, I’m happy to spend that money and I cannot wait to see the looks on their faces when they see what’s waiting for them under the tree. We don’t buy a ton of gifts either - just a few per kid and we always do a mix of fun and educational.
I find it really disturbing that Elle seems to find no joy in giving her kids memorable Christmases. Once again, she manages to make everything all about Elle. She needs to lighten the fuck up. I thought she was working on her controlling tendencies but I don’t think she’s realized how her control permeates literally every aspect of her family’s life. It’s like they’re being held hostage.

The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
PS as I typed the above post, my kid sat beside me watching Peppa Pig on the iPad. I also banned the iPad a few months ago and yet this year I bought an Osmo set for Christmas...which requires the iPad. Fuck it, I’m not perfect. I need my electronic babysitters sometimes too! We all do.
