Her name isn't made up, it's an Arabic/Basque name. But there are pages of the name debate and I'd prefer if it wasn't brought back from the dead Lol

Good thing it's not your kid so you don't have to hear the name the rest of your life! Once again, it is not made up. It is of Indian origins and associated with Buddhism. I personally would never use it for my kid, but it's not terrible like Novalee, Nevaeh, or something actually made up.

To be fair, Levi was a preemie with jaundice. I think once he started to look like your "average" newborn he looked a lot like Alaya looks now!

Not saying this is Kyra's case but when I was in the hospital the nursing staff was Terrible. They hardly answered any questions for me and barely gave me the time of day. They made my boyfriend run around and grab whatever I needed from them instead of them coming to check on me themselves. It was horrible. My daughter wasn't latching at all and was getting no milk and she would scream for hours while we were in the hospital. I asked the nurse repeatedly if I could pleaseee try some formula because I knew she was starving but she kept shaking me off and saying no, we prefer you to breastfeed. I felt helpless.

BUT this is Kyra so she most likely just didn't bother asking and would rather the extra attention on Twitter.. who knows though!

Why did Kyra say she couldn't have a chocolate strawberry or a couple m&ms... I hope it's not because of her "diet" and healthy eating, or pressure from Oscar. I would feel awful for her if she couldn't even have a little treat like a strawberry 2 days before she gives birth just because of Oscar. I agree she looks great from the healthy eating this time but a couple m&ms wouldn't hurt her...

Haha I asked my friend who recently had a baby that and she said it's most likely just there with vaseline or something similar to that. Maybe it's ilotycin like they put on their eyes?

I get they just had a baby and all but she should not put deadlines on stuff because then it gets everyone's hopes up.
And of course the name reveal was up late because oscars dumbass deleted it so they had to spend their Valentine's Day re-filming it.. so does that mean she had to make a whole other bear??
I sincerely hope they are late and behind because they are enjoying time with her and levi.. as much as she hates to admit it, she is going to have a very hard time. This is just the beginning..
also the comment about having 1000 babies if she could because of the birth expirence was a bit odd to me..
I don't think I could do a c section that many times, and not being rude but aren't you so out of it? How do you even enjoy it? I've only had vaginal so forgive me if that sounds ignorant.

Youre not "out of it" unless there is something wrong and you need to go under or need other pain meds. I was hyper aware for my second (1st was emergency section). Recovery is the absolute worse...weird to be saying its a wonderful experience so soon after

My niece didn't have a ton of hair and they used some type of glue to hold hers in. There was a hard spot in her hair for over a week after. It made my brother mad because he told them he didn't want them to put the bow on like that.

Did she say she had a wonderful experience? I guess a planned one is so much better than the one with Levi. That was a true emergency so I'm sure it was terrible. I'm glad she and Keren had better second time experiences.

And Alaya is seriously adorable. She resembles Levi a lot.

I'm just relieved the name isn't Novalee. I have been watching their older vlogs from before Oscar quit his job and they said way back then that Levi would have been named that if he were a girl and then later they said their next kid, if a girl, would be named Novalee or Aurora. So Alaya is a surprise. Do hope they make a video on how they chose the name/what they like about it.

Is this bow thing a trend or something? Do the parents do it or the hospital? It seriously looks super glued on. I don't know. She's not a doll, so that's just weird to me.
