Here's a online workshop where the artist details how she created the logo.
As a not very wise beginning graphic designer Camilla could have downloaded it and easily converted the logo.
I suspect she took down her page as she's shown she's a lazy designer and probably has other designs in her online portfolio which are stolen as well.
Though I can picture, as someone else said, that she could have taken it to the Greedners who said they want it and to choose the butt-ugliest font to write thier name with. As a designer I think Camilla, even as a faker, could have chosen a different G font to fill in the center white space. That's what gives it away. If she would have chosen an art deco or art nouveau with a G that flowed and matched the style of the rest of the design it would have looked more finished.
If her portfolio is full of errors like that shell probably need to change the focus of her career and stick with those solar panels. I'm very happy she was outed.
Another person makes an excellent point. The Fraudners could have paid the money they throw at viewers and fake subscribers and had something of their own.
Suggestion to them, as they have 5387 businesses - why not throw some money at a business class and get your lives in order. You know the Bucket List Family has done this. They work with professional journalists and photographers and media consultants so as not to look like the Greedners. They don't sit around and copy everyone they want to be like and try to fake it till they make it.
The Greedners are entire family of fake wanna-bes.

There is no such law. But each country has its laws to protect their citizens. But to hold someone accountable under each of those laws can be tricky & complicated. It starts with finding an attorney in the country where the act of infringement is being committed.

So, if say a certain well known fast food chain with a world-wide recognised logo wanted to copyright their brand, would they have to do it in every single country it traded in?

I honestly think if it wasn't for us "haters" they wouldn't have backed down from their latest scam so quickly. Maybe they realized their "haters" wouldn't be going away on this one. What they fail to realize is that a lot of us "haters" were followers who stopped following them after realizing they are scamming, lazy, neglectful liars.

Bottom line, I think certain sissies here who uncovered this ripoff, should pat themselves on the back that they didn't get away with this one. I'm especially happy for the artist who worked hard on this logo and that her work won't be tarnished being attached to the Greedners.

Not excusing their behavior. What others have said is probably the case. They're so selfish and self-serving, that they probably really thought it wouldn't be a big deal to tweak the design and use it. Stupid is as stupid does!

I agree. I think they probably thought by making the small changes they did that it was different enough to not break the copyright. They really should spend some of their money on themselves taking some business classes. They are terrible at all of their 5,907 jobs.

This whole logo fiasco has really highlighted their “we do whatever is easiest“ mindset.
They end up putting more effort into repairing the disasters that they, themselves, create.

They would have their logo registered officially in their country of origin. Then if they discovered someone was using it, they would use an attorney from the country or state in which the act happened to notify that party to stop, have their own attorneys try to contact first or they would take them to court, etc but in that country or state, depending on circumstances.

So if say, McDonald’s found their logo was being used in a little corner place in South Africa called McDougle’s they would have to first have proof this was happening. Then their litigation team would contact this place in South Africa or get attorneys from that area to assist if they persisted in use of the logo.

And this is my point in some regards...
I think this Greedy family knew this logo was made by this Italian artist and was likely thinking well she’s in Italy... she can’t do much. Or maybe someone won’t notice. They are that dumb!
