I’ve seen several people on both her Facebook and her Instagram come out and tell their story of how they lost their child because of unsafe sleep and how they wish they had the platform she has to raise awareness. Those are the people who need this more than anything. Should could save lives...she could use her new found fame for good. Her hiding means she is hiding something in my eyes.
She may well do something in the future, but just because she hasn’t posted a YouTube video, or Insta post about it proves nothing, let alone prove her guilt. She has unwittingly raised awareness about the importance of organ transplant, been involved with a mass blood donation drive to save who knows how many lives, has to care for her other children, but yeah she’s hiding something because she’s not doing anything about raising SIDS awareness within the first month of her son’s death. Completely ridiculous.

Yes, she over shared on social media, but to expect some SIDS awareness drive immediately after her baby’s death is ridiculous. She was getting crap for the blood drive, so I’m sure she’d have been criticised if she did talk about SIDS. The usual “how can she do it so soon after her son died”, “doesn’t she have other children to take care of”, “talking about it so soon after proves she’s hiding the real reason he died”. Honestly, the comments get more and more ridiculous. She’s damned either way.

I know. And I still don’t think it was rude. The “supporter” was saying that that’s not how all anti vax people are which is a fair statement but that’s not what Brittani had the issue with. The issue was with the lady (original person Brit posted about) taking her photos and using them to push her anti vax agenda which is beyond messed up. You don’t use pictures of someone’s dead child to push your agenda no matter what it is. I think she had every right to blast the lady’s account and ask for it to be reported.

She’s not raising awareness about SIDS bc she knows that wasn’t the true cause of death. If it was, she would 1,000% be using #SIDSAwareness and talking about it more freely. Not just in some hidden comment.
I watched a portion of her YT video yesterday and the thing that stood out to me is she seems to be suffering from immense GUILT! Like, BAD! She admitted to being the one who put Crew down. Can you just imagine what must be going on in her head? I’m sure Jeff has told her a million times if wasn’t her fault, but she‘ll always blame herself. I think that’s why she’s getting so triggered by all the negative comments; deep down inside there’s truth to what ppl are saying. It‘s probably also the reason she’s keeping herself busy and turning to social media for affirmation. Every time she points out a negative comment, she gets 30,000+ positive comments. I mean, I would too but it‘s coming across as cold!
If she did come out and say it was due to unsafe sleeping, I really don’t think ppl would give her that much shit for it. Accidents happen! I think ppl would commend her for being honest, especially if she starts raising awareness! I think it’s the lying and calling out the “haterzzz” that’s rubbing ppl the wrong way.
Oh, and IF it was unsafe sleeping, it will also shut down the anti-vaxers. Just saying.

I'm confused because it seems that the same people here who are claiming SIDS can't be prevented or aborted are also the ones saying Brittni should raise awareness about it. How can she raise awareness about something that there is no way to stop from happening? I don't believe that even the medical community has come to a definitive conclusion about what causes SIDS, so we don't know for sure how or if it can be prevented. I personally have never seen any sources that have said SIDS is all the organs of the body shutting down at once. Everything I've read says it's probably caused by an under-developed brain being unable to turn breathing signals back on if breathing stops during sleep.

You're right. Since it's only been a month, she's been too busy posting on IG to have time to raise awareness or do anything else. I mean, putting in new floors and getting a manicure, sitting in a car wash, letting everyone know how rainy it's been and how long the line is is so important. Jeff was right there too, surprised both of them would allow that. And just AFTER Cooper (who was wearing a helmet) fell in the street two seconds before. If it was just in a driveway I wouldn’t say ant ting but so fast and in the road, was disappointed to not see a helmet. A few weeks ago carter was shown with a helmet unbuckled. this is one thing I can criticize.
