Aaryn Williams: She’s got a new Ranchette and a whole lotta debt! | Part #41
Re: Aaryn Williams: She’s got a new Ranchette and a whole lotta debt! | Part #41
Lol this house is a lemon! If I were her, I would go ahead and replace all the appliances now. Better to waste some money than have the stove explode while you’re making scrambled eggs. That’s the only appliance left in the kitchen that’s original lol.

Looks like she’s already getting clothes in for her Disney
trip cuz that short outfit doesn’t say I’m ready to go
walk around my land.

I bet she went O F F on Nick about the fridge before pulling out Tik Tok lmao.

That's what happens folks when you don't research the area at all, don't have it properly inspected, and move in nearly site unseen. She didn't even know one of the showers had stone masonry FFS. If they had used their eyeballs and looked at the dinged up floors, or the crooked every outlet/light switch, or nasty ass dishwasher, they may have used their brains to make a better decision.

I had an odd feeling when I read that letter that the previous owner left her. It seemed like former Mama McRanch cared more about margaritas & martinis than anything else & her home goes to show it. Nasty ass dishwasher & busted fridge. Wow. Oh hey! At least they patched up all the holes for you!

Because they had a VA loan that house was inspected ten times more then a normal sale. They are very strict. Unfortuantly appliances can be working fine then go out after move in. Thats why some buyers will ask for a home warranty.Cornbread wrote:That's what happens folks when you don't research the area at all, don't have it properly inspected, and move in nearly site unseen. She said they had a home warranty. But looks like it doesn’t need fixed.

Yeah those inspections are intense. All they would have done with the fridge/freezer was check it was cold and all they had to do for dishwasher was run it so if it didn't break until she pulled it out then they wouldnt know.chloe6124 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 6:20 pmBecause they had a VA loan that house was inspected ten times more then a normal sale. Bloop! That's why I don't feel bad for them. They jumped into this blindly and now they're paying the price. Her talking about having to find schools earlier made me howl too because I guarentee she finally saw how bad the schools are around their place, and realized that now their kids are having to also pay the price for their impulse buy.Cornbread wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 6:13 pm That's what happens folks when you don't research the area at all, don't have it properly inspected, and move in nearly site unseen. But the land and horses and cows, though!
Re: Aaryn Williams: She’s got a new Ranchette and a whole lotta debt! | Part #41
Sacrifices what sacrifices? They sold out their kids eduction so they can live their egotistical dreams. They moved themselves to a low socioeconomic area with no prospects. Not one person has come on here and said this is an up and coming area. Not one. I have a feeling she was promised whatever she wanted by him to do this. This is what happens when a couple of narcissists get together. School? Children? I got my land with a cool man cave to hide from my wife and kids I’m good.

Land is expensive AF and this property also had a huge garage and guest house.anxietyqueen wrote:What’s weird though is that the Georgia house was something like $450k, and they paid $700k+ for this one. So they are spending 30% more for something that’s nowhere near as nice. Land or not, it is crazy to see the difference in the houses.Cornbread wrote:My bad, someone said seller financing and I ran with it. My mistake, I apologize.

They still are trying to look rich, living on credit cards with no real savings or else they would have purchased something nicer on a nicer part of town. I still bet the shirt off my back that without the VA loan they wouldn't have qualified to begin with.
Those who said her GA house was so much nicer and this house is WTF. You are totally right. I only really started watching her since she moved to my town. I went back and watched some of the GA vlogs and paid attention to the house. That house was beautiful. No wonder she was crying trying to get unpacked in the McRanch.

We have a shop similar size and I was shocked how much it cost. Doesn't even have the guest house.Rkp65i wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 7:59 pmLand is expensive AF and this property also had a huge garage and guest house.anxietyqueen wrote:What’s weird though is that the Georgia house was something like $450k, and they paid $700k+ for this one. I really think the guest house was something she fell in love with more than the house. Having an actual guest house just sounds rich (I'm sure some will disagree but some people don't even have guest bedrooms so an actual house for guests or nanny seems fancy).

They also have some trailer neighbors within feet of their weird ass shaped lot. Pretty sure she doesnt know about them yetCornbread wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 6:13 pm That's what happens folks when you don't research the area at all, don't have it properly inspected, and move in nearly site unseen. Re: Aaryn Williams: She’s got a new Ranchette and a whole lotta debt! | Part #41
Their inspector sucked. They missed the wonky switches. They missed the closet with the huge amount of wires just sticking out. They apparently had no issue with the cracking foundation - yet now Arian says the foundation needs to be watched and maybe addressed (the concrete floors).chloe6124 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 6:20 pmBecause they had a VA loan that house was inspected ten times more then a normal sale.
