LoraandLayton Part 2
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Yes, it's almost impossible to get the birth parents rights taken away forever. Then in some cases the parents don't even want the child but then you have crazy-ass grandma or lunatic aunt stepping in saying they want the children. It's really hard to get a child away from all blood relatives from what I've seen.
It's just sad bc there are these broken children being sent out into the world and almost all of them will repeat the cycle with their children and so on...

Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
I don't think she's entirely against having a girl, but she wants to be "Queen" of the household and all her kids be mamas boys.
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Honestly, I don't think she's against having a girl. I think she makes a big deal about having boys because she wants to hide her disappointment about not having a girl, and to avoid all of the rude comments from viewers when she finds out she's having another boy.
I don't have an opinion about the adoption thing. There are kids all over being born into miserable situations. Growing up in the Ellis household would not be the worst thing on the world. I have a friend who's a detective, and when you hear stories about kids being punished by being put on a hibachi grill you tend to look at things differently. She may be annoying, but they love their kids and they provide for their kids.

^^ no way. Shes not hiding her disappointment. She's truly terrified of having a daughter, she's made that extremely clear.

I've heard other women say this and this mentality creeps me out, and it's probably better women like this don't have girls because there will inevitably be some weird jealousy/competition going on.JXX wrote:I don't think she's entirely against having a girl, but she wants to be "Queen" of the household and all her kids be mamas boys.

Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
I don't think that it is weird to have the opinon that you would prefer a boy over a girl or vice versa. I do, however, think that it is weird to voice that preference over and over and over again in videos for years to 20+k people. I mean, these videos are online forever... what if, in the future, they end up with a daughter - whether biological or adopted. How is that child going to feel when they can see videos of before they were born and their mother carrying on and on about how much she is against having a girl...

She already has Everett in a bed?! He's not even a year old yet. She is so freaking strange!

Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Not to defend the crazy, but I think she did say it would be awhile before Everett slept there but since they didn't need it for the other boys they went ahead and set it up anyways.
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Did I see Lora in the park ALONE?? **gasp** where was layton, working? Surely not! Lol.
She needs coco or Layton to hold her hand for everything, I'm shocked she even went! I sense a breakdown from lora coming...

Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
I don't think she took the kids alone, wasn't it after they went to find a new gym then to the park? She certainly didn't go find a gym by herself, her enabler (Layton) was definitely there
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Oh I should have known she couldn't put on her big girl panties and do ANYTHING by herself.

Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
I don't think either of them has ever done anything themselves, everything involves the other person, or even their parents. Its sad to see a family so dependent on others to take care of them.
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
I think she's the type to hide her disappointment to keep up her image of her "perfect fairytale happily ever after" kind of life. She didn't talk so much about how she preferred boys over girls until her 2nd and 3rd pregnancies, mainly her 3rd. She was clearly super butt hurt when she got the "maybe next time you'll have a girl" or "I wish you were having a girl" comments when she was pregnant with Declan. So it was almost like, with her 3rd pregnancy she talked it up from the get go to avoid getting those types of comments from viewers. I'm not saying it isn't odd that she goes into so much detail about being terrified to have girls, it totally is, and obviously she isn't THAT terrified if she has had 3 babies... any one of those kids could've been a girl.
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
^^^ I don't agree. You could tell how nervous and anxious she was at the ultrasound for Everett. When they announced the gender to be a boy a huge smile came over her face and a look of complete relief. She bagan high-fiving Layton, it was like that just dodged a bullet. Sorry, but you can't fake a scene like that. The woman has issues.

Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Ummm why is their family always moving? Hopefully they stop because it's going to be sad for the boys when they settle into school and make friends and they keep yanking them out..
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Because Layton can't keep steady work. She has said that it may take some years before they buy a house. Best guess? She means it may take some years before his dad retires and hands over the family business.
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
I am just guessing all of this, so don't take it as gold. If this is what she was insinuating, I don't see it working out successfully, seeing as Layton is lazy. He doesn't put in over time at all, which is often needed.
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Lora's bikini. Ain't all that. Her 50 year old mother in law looks sexier. What actually IS is that is so frigging awkward about Lora? She has zero sex appeal.
Re: LoraandLayton PART 2
Bikini was blah and ugly and she was so awkward in it, like a 12 year old all shy in front of boys.
We were right, her new place is already looking like shit. She's junking it up and has absolutely no skill in decorating. She put that purple peace sign table in the corner of the guest bedroom (puke). Puts a purple carpeted toilet cover on the toilet. Who does that anymore? Maybe my 80 year old grandma. Lol
