Clearly. I never claimed it was. But when you raise a kid from birth, every day, all day - you get a pretty damn good feel for it.
My original post was not dissing you if you have a gate around your tree - fine. ALL I MEANT WAS: B&M couldn't be bothered to gate their stairs, yet are more than willing to run out and gate the tree. Their priorities are skewed. THATS IT. And you have all bashed them for "not paying enough attention to their kid" and thats ALL I MEANT. Was if they paid closer attention, the gate wouldn't be SO DIER.
I'm sorry if I offended anyone with my gate discussion. LOL. I so did not mean to start a huge controversial thing here! (:

Your original post didn't come off as what you meant, but I understand what you mean now and I agree. They didn't put any effort to gate the stairs to protect their child but they are adamant to use a gate to protect the tree. Their priorities are messed up.

I think it just boils down to the kid. They don't discipline Ollie whatsoever. No Bryan, telling him he's bad while you sit your ass on the couch, doesn't count. They pretty much need the gate because they don't watch their child.

When are they going to teach him how to use utensils? My son isn't even 9 months and can use a spoon pretty well for his age. It's kind of ridiculous that they barely ever let him try. Missy doesn't like mess,despite the fact it takes a whole 3 minutes to clean up.

a. "i dont know how to change the clock" Maybe you should start with the clock/time button that is on almost all modern electronics. Or you could just leave it wrong and be late for everything and blame it on the clock.
b. didnt they just say yesterday that Karma wasnt gonna be allowed on the couch for awhile because the couch is still new? next day, he's on the couch. great job sticking to it.
c. "we'll have to teach ollie not to get into karma's crate" first thing that happens and "I'll just deal with it later." How about catching Ollie before he goes in the first time and telling him it is not allowed. pretty sure Ollie will be in there all the time.
d. the verbal shoutouts were stupid and they were trying to be funny the whole time. making fun of people's names who just gave a ton of money is a bit rude. If i was giving money i would have either wanted something better or nothing at all.

Just watched today's video. I love how they get a Blue Apron box with three meals and Bryan says that he is not sure that they will use them that night. Five minutes later -- Bryan and Missy are having pizza and wings for dinner. Those veggies and meats are going to rot.

she was upset that ollie was a boy, so i don't see why she wouldn't be upset next time.

Thoughts on Today's Vlog:
1. Isn't Blue Apron meant for people who actually cook? And know how to do it? I know Benji and Judy receive Blue Apron, but both are phenomenal cooks! Like don't you need a little more skill than opening up a pre-made sauce/seasoning packet? Which side note, I laugh every time Brian shows something he cooked, and then shows the pre-made bag in came in.....LOL quite the chef he is.
2. Love that after receiving their Blue Apron, they ran out to the store for pizza and wings. True chefs there.
3. Missy's dream seemed so....off. Like she was fabricating it a bit? Or a lot? Or all together? I don't know.
4. The shout outs at the end were cringe worthy. They really are full of themselves aren't they?
5. Missy dogged on people for over dressing in the cooler weather, yet she's totally the type that does that! She's always trying so hard to wear winter attire when it's like 75 degrees out. Bryan and Ollie were dressed for warmer weather, and Missy was dressed opposite. Hmmmmm.
