Just the opinion of an internet stranger. Don't take anything personally, for your own sake as well as mine.

I'm also married but my husband is a huge help and believes in equal responsibilities in the house and taking care of our son. He helps with our son even though he works and is a full time student. He even gives me a few hours of "me time" so I can read a good book. It's not a daily thing.. just every once in a while. Have you tried talking to him about it? Because it's clearly something that bothers you. Bryan helps Missy with Oliver but I don't think that's something that should be a huge thing because Bryan is his father after all and he SHOULD help. (Sorry this is a bit off topic)Ambrosia wrote:Missy is a spoiled brat but having your spouse help isn't a blessing. If my husband couldnt even change OUR baby's diaper I would quite pissed.Trish020 wrote:I have such a hard time reading these posts. I love YTMD, don't get me wrong. But, everything you guys say is so true, and it's shit I have clearly had my eyes closed with. It's SO sad how much these two have changed and I feel absolutely awful for that poor little boy! I don't think processed chicken every night for dinner and vegetable smoothies during the day is properly feeding your child, and I really can't see ANY parent ARGUING about who is going to change their kid, and which one will do bedtime routines with their kid. What kind of parents did Bryan and Missy have, to make them so horrible?! Yes, I do slightly blame their parents too! I do everything for my son, on my own, and I'm MARRIED! My husband has not changed a diaper in MONTHS, never changed a poopy one at that, and he has NEVER given our son a bath.. you could ask him how to do it and he wouldn't know a damn thing. My point is, Missy is sooo blessed to have someone who will literally get on the floor to kiss her feet and grant every wish she can come up with, and there are moms like me, who have no help at all! Count your blessings!
I have talked to him multiple times in the 15 months that our son has been on this earth. He is just now, starting to interact more with him. It's all for him and nothing for me, which isn't fair and I normally don't bitch. It's easier to just do, than to bitch about what's not done. I keep saying "Do you know how badly I want to just lay in bed, and take a 4 hour nap like you do sometimes!" he pulls the "Yeah, and I work! You're not the one who gets up at 8 in the morning!" So... You can see where that goes.

Re: DailyGrumps Part 20
^^^^ So sorry Trish020, that sounds rough.
I'm curious... You never got annoyed with B&M or thought they were lazy until you read here? I always find it interesting that there are still actual moms watching them.
Given they you do it all... What did you think of Missy's "single mom" comments and her whining when he was in Cambodia?

Re: DailyGrumps Part 20
Remember when Missy got her first purse (which sadly wasn't long ago) and complained and bitched about how annoying they are to carry around? LOL. Now she's rocking a third world country knock off Michael Kors made and stitched in a sweatshop. Way to go, Missy.

I don't understand why they don't just go buy a real MK or Coach bag. With all the money they spend, it can't be too hard. I have a Coach shoulder bag and wallet and combined they were probably about $100 (if that) total (Not 100% sure, wallet was an Xmas gift from mom and bag I got on sale for like $60)

Re: DailyGrumps Part 20
In Australia those spots are called "parents with prams" we don't really have expectant mother spots (I think babies r us have some though) but nothing annoys me more than when someone parks in the parent space and their 9 year old gets out. No bitch, your 9 year old can walk from the back of the car park. Nothing worse than struggling across a car park with a barely 2 year old and a newborn and some bitch gets out with her preteen lol.Theirmom wrote:I had debilitating SPD during my last two pregnancies. If I had to park further away and then saw someone less than three months step out of the car in that space, there'd have been a pregnant lady show down in that parking lot. Well, probably not, but I'd be tempted to follow them through the store and glare at them menacingly the whole time.justarandomperson22 wrote:Eh they don't dictate how far along you have to be to use it so I don't see anything wrong with it.longhairdontcare1006 wrote:In before the 'Expectant Mother' parking debate from today's vlog! It's rude, narcissistic and entitled. It's as bad as not giving up your seat on the subway to elderly and pregnant women.
Re: DailyGrumps Part 20
thoughts on the vlog:
oliver is such a sweet little boy, it was cute to see him at build a bear.
why do they need another stroller?
this vlog wasn't as obnoxious to me as usual
i like how bryan interrupted missy from telling the same story for the millionth time about where he used to work
the ending was cute

DailyGrumps Part 20
Ugh, so Missy is doing another "ask Missy" for her channel. She's such a narcissist. Pretty sure people might like a pregnancy update instead!
Anyway, she put zero planning into it. Tweeted out looking for questions, got a handful she prob won't answer, and then was done an hour later. It'll be interesting to see if she's made up questions that flatter herself or serve an agenda. Multiple people have asked lately if she's going to cloth diaper, if she doesn't answer that we know she's avoiding the issue!

Re: DailyGrumps Part 20
Bahahahaha...I just remembered that Missy once collaborated with Mama Natural (who I adore btw)! I wonder how that worked out for their "friendship" since they are both sooo crunchy lol. Genevieve is probably shocked about what they've become.
Re: DailyGrumps Part 20
Can Missy seriously get any lazier!! Expectant mothers spot pffft. I was catching a full train to work at almost 9 months pregnant and because people are rude often had to stand nearly the whole way but this bitch can't even walk a tiny bit at 8 weeks pregnant.
I really do not think I have known a lazier person than this moron.

Re: DailyGrumps Part 20
Girl you scored then! My Coach bag was....well....it was a pretty penny. Missy isn't the "purse type" apparently and I feel like with everything else, she gets bored with it quickly. Maybe they're being smart about something and not investing in designer bags every month for her. I mean c'mon: her hair changes monthly, new strollers every other month, new couches within a year of each other, always the newest phone and laptops.lizyfignewton wrote:I don't understand why they don't just go buy a real MK or Coach bag. My guess Bryan knows more about fashion and designers than Missy does.
Plus a pricey purse would make a huge dent in Mithy's bow budget and she can't have that She needs her bows!

I just got an MK bag for Christmas which was originally $400 but my mom got it for 50% off. I love purses but I would never spend that money (or ask, like I said my mom got me it) on another MK bag unless this one broke, because it is the perfect style and size I need for everyday.
I just think it's funny how fake Missy's bag looks LOL

Re: DailyGrumps Part 20
^^^^ I was just in an MK store and they don't make a single bag like the one Missy has.
It's one thing to make a knockoff look like a current bag, but its another to make up a whole new style! LOL.
I've never seen an MK bag with the gold logo medallion ON the bag. It usually hangs from the strap!
