Says the Man who puts his 2 yr old in front of the TV constantly. We still never see the child coloring or anything using his imagination.

I thought the same thing.

But at least he's taking a stand on a current event. It's one of my biggest pet peeves about family vloggers hat they don't chime in on huge world events. 16 people died in the Utah floods, but J&E are just business as usual. Marriage equality wasn't even a blip on the radar, and only Austin Null has mentioned anything about the racial issues happening in the U.S.

I get not wanting to offend viewers if their opinions on these things are controversial, but it just makes them come off ill informed and self absorbed.

I really expected Jared to say something about the flood. I mean, it was a few hours from where he lives, and he had mentioned it had been raining a lot. He used to be Mr Empathy and thankfulness. I was surprised and disappointed he said nothing . Is it possible they wouldn't because it was fundies that died?

I won't mention the YTers names just in case someone here watches them and hasn't seen their vid today (don't want to accidentally spoil like HeidiKim)... But I'm hoping their baby ends up being a girl since there are so many upcoming boys. And I'd LOVE to see Missy's reaction.

I went to google Missy's registry and I came across her Imbd page Why in the world would she have one? And all that is in her history is, "playing herself" in Bryan's music video. I thought you had to pay to make a page on there or am I dumb? Either way, how pointless.

You pay $20 a month I think to have a page on imdb! It's stupid that they have one when its just one credit.

Thing is, Bryan and Missy ARE ill-informed and self absorbed. There are terrible fires burning out of control in Northern California, but they couldn't possibly ask people to pray or think good thoughts or _something_. And that poor little boy that just drowned in Mission Bay-- nothing. I honestly think he's just trying to be cool.
My daughter was watching C&K the other day, and he went to the PO Box, and it was overflowing with birthday presents for MG, and he was going on about how grateful they are, and how humbling it was, and amazing that people a)find their lives interesting enough to watch, and B) that they would actually send birthday presents. Probably won't last, but was so much nicer than Bryan thinking he worked hard for the Volvo, and Shay thanking Nature Box for his dad's truck. How about thanking the people who watch your videos, and buy Nature Box from your link, and Bryan thanking the viewers for his and his sister's cars? These people just make me so aggravated.

I may have to take a break. I'm actually letting this stuff get to me! Not blaming y'all like that one chick did. It's all on me. I even let that nasty comment that person made to me on the vlog comments get to me. I was gonna message the guy and tell him he doesn't know anything about me, yadayadayada. I was also going to message Bryan about deleting negative comments to "maintain a positive atmosphere" but not caring if people use foul language or are cruel to _each other_, just if they say anything about _them_ that isn't totally sucking up. It doesn't even have to be really negative. Just not positive. It's the internet equivalent of sticking his fingers in his ears and saying "nananana-- I can't hear you!"
You guys are awesome, and I love the sarcasm here. Maybe I'll lurk
for a bit. Can't just give it up cold turkey!

I actually thought the same thing. Seeing the, together at the end of the blog was so refreshing and somewhat genuine! I miss the old Missy and Bryan! And today was a little glimpse into the past!
