I 100% believe that they’re saving up 50% because they know they won’t be able to get a huge loan so they’re betting on saved money to be able to afford the home they want. In reality I think they’re only really going to be putting the average 20-30 down and the additional money if for their budget to be stretched past their loan. I was just wondering if any of you think Justin might be getting disability from the Navy, and maybe that’s where some of their money is coming from? My husband’s friend and his girlfriend moved in with us for a bit after they both got out of the navy, and she was getting around $1,200 a month for a back that was occasionally sore, along with money for being in school, so she didn’t need to work at all, since we weren’t charging much for rent. A friend of mine came over before she left for Navy boot camp and this girl told her to go get checked out for every little thing, even headaches, because they’ll put it in your file and you’ll get a higher percentage of disability when you get out and more money. It really bothered me that she was okay with receiving money she didn’t really need, and encouraging other people to try to do it too. I do believe plenty of people need that disability, but I also think people milk the system (like this girl I lived with), which I can see Rachelle and Justin doing. Just a thought.

My husband is from Mexico, so my kids call him "Papa" or "Papi" since it is the norm there.

As a child safety worker, this loose cord right next to her crib makes me sooooo nervous. They need to run it away from her crib or make sure it’s secured against to wall with multiple brackets so Emma can’t pull it at all. It’s so easy for babies to pull them into their crib and get it wrapped around their necks without the parent realizing. Rachelle, if you see this please do something with that cord.

Not like $10,000 per sponsorship or anything. My guess is she brings in roughly $70,000-$80,000 a year at most. That’s around the median income for her area. Subtract taxes out of that because I know YouTube doesn’t take any taxes out (hopefully they save each year for that). So making $75,000 you subtract taxes leaving them with roughly $61,000. Minus the $18,000 in rent they already pay without the increase. That leaves them with $43,000. That’s nothing. $3,583 a month. I don’t know the monthly cost of living in that area as far as groceries, gas, electric, etc but it can’t be cheap. Plus her endless shopping she does. I would say at the end of the month they MIGHT have $500 to put towards saving. The average house in Temecula to but is $450,000. 50% of that is $225,000. So I would venture to say they have quite a few more years to save enough. Lmao.

Also would like to say that it is FINE to not buy a house yet. Again, they are so young!! Why do they want to rush everything all the time? Not to sound like an old lady, but what I wouldn’t give to be in my early 20s again! Chill out on the responsibilities, Swannies. I think they should keep renting until they can afford the house they want, even if it’s 5-10 years away. There is no shame in renting!

I agree... I never got the chance to breathe and be a young adult. I dove right in and worked like crazy and had a mortgage/family. But then again... I also worked like crazy. This is the time to climb up the workplace ladder and be where you want to be in my opinion.

IVF is manipulating the process as much as it can be manipulated. They should've had a high chance of having two if everything is OK like she's saying it is. OBVIOUSLY THE CHILDREN FOR THESE TWO WILL BE A LITTLE SPARSE.

What's the rush of buying some 5 bedroom house when you don't even know if you can fill it?

LIFE tried to give them NO children and they ended up with a loss and one child. I think they should be grateful for what they have because they almost didn't even get that. I think Rachelle forgets this now that she has a child physically here. Yes, it happened but that doesn't mean it'll happen 4 times.

Do your other transfers, see what life has planned for you. I bet they felt real dumb when they realized they spent all that time plotting and planning their future exactly and then found out they had infertility issues. Why put yourself in that position again.

- Wait until you can afford the house you want, get yourself a nice rental until them. Learn how to treat your space with respect even of you don't own it because that will help you respect your space when you do finally own it.

- Work on baby #2 and baby #2 only. Leave 3 and 4 until you get actually get a #2 because theres no point in stressing about 3 and 4 when 2 isn't even certain. "Where are we going to put baby 3 and 4"

Well probably putting baby #2 into existence would be a good stride towards 3 and 4...
