Does anyone else not understand the whole idea carpet on top of a carpet thing or is it just met? When she decides to take that carpet up she, still going to have to clean the other carpet because where the carpet she put down is going to make that part later than the one that's left uncovered. I would've just left it like it was or gotten one of those plastic things to put under the table.

Buying a house is not a fast or easy process. It took us about two months when we were buying our house from putting down the offer to closing. You have so many financing/loan meetings to do...the inspection...the closing meeting...ect ect. Selling is an even longer process where the house can be up for a while and to hop houses while trying to sell your other house requires a bridge loan which can be even more complicated. I call BS on her being a home owner. These youtube moms share EVERYTHING and I'm sure with such a time consuming process like buying a house, they would mention SOMETHING.

I had him look it up under Bryan Ellis too, nada. But he said it's possible they bought it under a trust, in which case it wouldn't be listed by name.

^^^ anyone can search under myfloridacounty.com, it will have all mortgages in the state. I tried on my phone but results won't come up idk why, our laptop is fried. You can even see what someone paid for their house. But anyways, I was thinking also, where did they come up with a huge chunk of money for a down payment?? We got our house in '06 when they were handing out mortgages but that isn't the case anymore. It's a lot stricter.
