The smell of desperation.

I kinda forgot about Shay's video for a minute. Now that makes me think Bryan did it on purpose. Considering he uses that grill everyday, I feel like he'd actually have to try to start that big of a fire. And then to not know how to put it out (or act like he doesn't.) Somethings fishy about this...

I've been watching the Shaytards since the beginning, and I don't even recall a grill fire vlog. The fact that Bryan was so quick to remember and tweet about it makes the whole thing seem so sketchy.

I can't even hate watch these fools anymore! Every time I try to watch one of their vlogs I either get extremely bored or they annoy the crap out of me. Sadly, I wouldn't put it past Bryan to start a fire for views and just to tweet the vlog comparing himself to shay. BARF.

They must have been bored with the lack of content/excitement for the vlog, so they probably staged the fire. Notice in "advertising" the blog on Twitter today how they "went through a scary house fire." That's not funny to people who have actually been through that...but of course, this IS Bryan we're talking about.

I agree that the fire was probably started on purpose. He uses that thing daily with no problems. Plus we all know he has a hard-on for Shay. Not only that, but who takes the time to pose with a jug of water by a grill fire? (In the thumbnail) -- we sure didn't see him stop for a pic when he ran outside with the jug. Was there a second fire for the sake of the thumbnail?!

I went through an ACTUAL house fire. Where the fucking light socket in the living room shorted out and literally exploded about 3 minutes after we left the house. Everything was destroyed. One of my two dogs didn't make it through the smoke in time and died of smoke inhalation. So for him to call his BBQ fire a "scary house fire" is ABSURD.

It wasn't a vlog. It was actually on the ShayCarl channel. A sponsored video for Alexander and the Terrible Horrible adaptation of a children's book (ok not the real title but o well.) it was put up like 2 wks ago or so.

I really hope they were feeding an army because that is a TON of food. More likely it was maybe them and Missy's parents. Someone really needs to tell them to cook more veggies and not in pounds of butter.

They need to also stop using the grill almost every day! Carcinogens every day, no thank you....

Eh, grilling out is better then ordering out any day IMO...although I agree, I can only eat so much BBQ lol

There are ways to make it less dangerous. Grilled veggies are safe, yay! Hope Bryan reads this.

My solution would just be to not cook it well done and charred. Still probably better than takeout (because whose to say that's not full of carcinogens.) I prefer my steaks blue-rare to rare anyway but maybe that's just me.

that fire had to have been staged reason
1. Bryan swears. If it was real he would have said oh shit instead of saying oh crap
2. If it was real He would have dropped his camera and not set up the frame nice and carefully.

Same with thinking it's staged. Seriously, when there is a fire that big, I really doubt the first thought is to position the camera properly. Plus Missy just stood there like an idiot while Bryan did everything to put it out. If it was real, I'd hoping Missy would be doing something to help extinguish the fire. :/

wtf was with the camera though? when bryan put it on the table, it was still and then he got to the grill and the camera moved slowly to face him more.

I saw that too, I think it was just the camera focusing though. Also what sort of idiot uses oxygen (fanning the fire) to put it out? And water? Wtf! Don't they have a fire extinguisher?

No, Missy grabbed the camera that Bryan put down on the table. She asked if it was still recording, so it kind of appears Bryan edited out here grabbing it and going inside. Although I do think the fire was somewhat "staged", I think it may have gotten more out of control then they anticipated and their reactions were somewhat real.
