Look, I get if you don't feel comfortable punishing your child. I get if you don't want to deal with tantrums.

But there comes a point where your child does something that's a danger to their life. That is a point where you get firm and give them a punishment, AND follow through with said punishment. Missy and Bryan don't seem to have that part of their brain that panics at the thought of their child being hurt and makes sure to keep them from ever doing such dangerous things.

I don't have kids yet, but I am sure that when I do, if one of them climbs up onto the edge of their/their sibling's crib like that, that is a big FUCK NO and a time out is needed. Even if B&M did a different kind of discipline than a time out, I don't care, but they don't even try to stop him let alone discipline! Even a stern talking to would do WONDERS for that kid.

Also, who LETS their kid put their mouth on a drain stopper? That's so gross. Even if it's new, you don't know the conditions it was made in or who has handled it. I understand if your kid gets a hold of it before you realize it, but just laying there letting him put his mouth on it? Seriously?

I agree with you. Especially when you think how easy it would be just to stop filming and put the camera down and discipline him. They edit the clips. They just allow him to do whatever he wants. Noticed that evil smile he had on his face when he took the bite of the cookie... he know exactly what he's doing.

Missy made a mistake and said "we" when she was talking about something in the coop. Sure Jim was there but they aren't showing him as much so it looks like she's doing so much on her own. Since we know bryapple doesn't help.

It's pretty darn bad when you have to use sub-titles for a scripted speech your 3 1/2 year old does since his speech is unintelligible.

As a huge fan of the The Office, I don't agree with the new chicken names.

Meredith isn't really a bully. She can be rough and tough, but she doesn't avidly pick on others for her own enjoyment.
Angela definitely doesn't let others pick on her. Yes, she is petite and somewhat grandma-like but she's more of a bully, especially when it comes to Kevin and Oscar.
I think she should have named the big beautiful one Phyllis. Phyllis gives off the more motherly vibe than anything and she usually keeps to herself, which the lavender chicken seems to do.
And naming the exotic one Kelly just because she is an ethnic character.. I'll just leave that there.

Thank you! Either Missy didn't watch The Office at all, or she's just plain ignorant. I'm going to go with ignorant, especially since the "exotic" one was Kelly.

I kept waiting for him to fall off behind Missy. And the song Bryan was singing when Finn was walking on the table...Looking like a fool with your kid on the table....yep, that kinda summed you up, Bryan. Missy seeing Ollie standing on the edge of the crib... Get up and get him DOWN! One wrong step and let's go to the ER.

Ok, I think it's fairly obvious Oliver doesn't receive any discipline. It seems like he just gets everything he wants, which is never good for a child.

Bryan's hair is just... cringe  so many young guys have that haircut where I live, but at least they can pull it off due to their age. Just no.

Yeah Bryan says "this cookie is for after you finish eating lunch" and right when he said it Ollie reaches over and takes a bite, clearly testing boundaries and Bryan let him get away with it. Good luck with that when he gets older Bryan.

I'm assuming Missy is not actually all that familiar with the show, because she definitely confused Meredith's character with Angela's character. Angela was the bully, not Meredith.

He is going to be knocking over liquor stores. I guarantee it.
So much wrong here. Than drain stopper in the face was just nasty. And the standing on the crib rail-- but hey, they are #parentinggoals!
And Bryan needs validation of his attractiveness from his three year old son? I guess if he ain't gonna get it from Missy...

Wow...who even thinks that he looks good? Hahahaha :D

I feel like he purposely takes Ollie out and does all this "hashtag dad life" just so kids can say things like "I wish my dad would do that"....he is basically spoiling his kids and not teaching them anything productive for the real world. These kids are growing up not knowing how to help out or share....I see some serious problems once they get older!

Did any of you see Karma come with the ball while the kids and Bryan were playing in the trampoline? He neglects his own child so why wouldn't he neglect the dog too.

Missy and her "I've been cleaning all day" bullshit.....you hire people to do everything and take the credit for it....so stop pretending well know the real deal!! They made Ollie count to 10...he made a few mistakes and can't even pronounce the numbers correctly...you don't even see Bryan or Missy helping him say the numbers properly...have fun in "Kinderden" Ollie :?

I cringed so hard when Finn was standing on the edge of the counter with no one bothering to watch him. HES A BABY WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU B+M?

You need to discipline the golden child before he gets too old. You're gonna have a big ole bully on your hands if you don't because he's never had to listen to authority.

They don't care if their kids get hurt because it's good vlog footage. Oliver stopped being a kid and started being a cash cow years ago. FATAL TODDLER CRIB ACCIDENT would be their most viewed video ever.

I like how Bryan says "OK you can have one bite, but the rest is for after" he already had the bite, quit acting like you were OK with it.
Also I hardly ever watch (they've gotten to much for me to deal) but ONCE in a long while I'll watch and it seems like one of their kids is always up on a counter, table etc. Why?? Drives me nuts lol. My boys are/were never allowed to sit on counter or tabletops (their 9 and 3).

This. It's not even about discipline anymore. How hard is it to walk over and make him get down while you are taking. At least do that! Just lift him off and tell him to go play. NEVER let him continue doing something after you've told him to stop.

We don't need to see B&M actually discipline and lecture Oliver, but we should at least see them care.

Bonnie Hoellein has her own safety issues, but there are times where if she tells her kids to listen and they don't, or if they seem out of control, she gets a look on her face that acknowledges she recognizes the situation is bad. We never see a hint of that from B&M.

And giving Finn the drain stopper is one of the most disgusting and ignorant things I've ever seen.... maybe even worse than Ellie's sheets!

Oh, and B&M, since we KNOW you read here, my just turned 2 year old knows how to count to 20 and we barely worked on it. You might want to work on your golden child's skills!

About Ollie on the crib are people watching a different vlog than me???? Missy told him not to do that and he jumped down literally seconds after she told him to. I get people want to complain about this family but sometimes things are exaggerated a ton. I always read here before watching the vlog and wonder if people are watching the same vlog as me.
