OMG I would've had a heart attack if id seen my 3 year old doing that!!!! I would've been panicking at the thought of him falling before I could get him down!!!

This. It's not even about discipline anymore. How hard is it to walk over and make him get down while you are taking. At least do that! Just lift him off and tell him to go play. NEVER let him continue doing something after you've told him to stop.
We don't need to see B&M actually discipline and lecture Oliver, but we should at least see them care.
Bonnie Hoellein has her own safety issues, but there are times where if she tells her kids to listen and they don't, or if they seem out of control, she gets a look on her face that acknowledges she recognizes the situation is bad. We never see a hint of that from B&M.
And giving Finn the drain stopper is one of the most disgusting and ignorant things I've ever seen.... maybe even worse than Ellie's sheets!
Oh, and B&M, since we KNOW you read here, my just turned 2 year old knows how to count to 20 and we barely worked on it. You might want to work on your golden child's skills!
