We talked about he whole soppy cup this before. Most of us prefer our kids have a cup with a lid. My son turns 4 in November and for he most part drinks from a thermos cup with a straw. Occasionally with meals I'll give him a small plastic cup with water but that's it. I do remember seeing Ollie have a cup without a lid a few times in the past. There's no harm in him drinking for a cup with a lid, or silly cup if you will, I just wish Missy would give them ones with soft straws.

But I agree 100%. It should be Aunt Bev.

I remember this discussion, too. I totally get wanting your kids to have a cup with a lid, but he's too old for the sippy cups he uses. A cup with a soft straw is 100% what he needs, not the hard ones with the two little holes in the spout. He's just too old for that kind of sippy cup. That's more for a child Finn's age imo Ollie should have like more of a sports bottle with a soft straw. Missy doesn't want the poor kid to grow, though, so he'll probably use the same type of sippy cups for years to come.

No I agree. For a while they were using those stretchy lid things for his cups, which are way better then those actual silly cups. I wonder what happened to those.

Ollie points to his banana and says "this". Finn looks at his and says "nana". Clearly we know which one of these boys went on their brilliant Uncle Jimmy - please take better of Finn, he may be the only child that will get an Ivey league education since Ollie will be too busy pushing people around and playing games like his parents! "Ollie was so cute.....(insert bullshit made up story here)" - Bryan needs to realize we aren't idiots and know that Ollie never does these things, he is forced and "programmed" to do them #RobotOllie....Missy is out of breath on her way to the hair salon since she had to take some stairs...pathetic!! Also she needs to stop with the whole "Mommy Time" garbage - she does NOTHING all day long and shouldn't act like her 4 hour errands breaks are "well deserved" #DramaQueen Okay seriously Bryan stop calling Finn a "Monster"!! Yeah Bev is just referred to as the "sister" in the entire vlog - weird!!!

I wouldn't call Missy's errands Mommy Time since she never takes care of the kids on her own, but I understand why she enjoys getting out. They never do ANYTHING. She's probably bored out of her fucking skull. They sit around and do nothing or the same things as always. How they're not stir crazy, I have no idea! It's only a matter of time before her hair appointments become a chore because she has those so often.

I think that contributes to their misery (along with their diets, unresolved childhood issues, and voids). Money can't buy fun when all you buy with it is useless gadgets and trendy toys for your kids...why not use their money to go to a museum (like...a kid museum lol. or a natural history museum. I don't expect them to be interested in art or air and space, and that's ok), aquarium (I believe they went to one recently??? one time  ), zoo, the beaches in California. They could even use money to travel to really pretty parks. They used to have so much fun at the park!

They have no schedule, and yet they totally have a schedule of doing nothing of value. Sometimes it's better to have fun memories with your kids in just typical places. Sometimes it's fun to take little trips to enjoyable places for the whole family instead of just always taking trips to Hawaii and Florida and all those other places. Little things make better times than extravagant things sometimes.

Talking about Bryan's family, have we ever seen Jim/Papa's side of the family?

The no schedule thing I think plays a huge part in it. I don't understand how they function without it. It's also probably a big reason why Ollie always either seems way over hyper or the total opposite, a zombie in front of the TV.

This is probably one of the only things I'm actually jealous of them for. They have all the money in the world to take their kids to the zoo, aquarium, kid centered fun places, and so much more, but they don't. Which makes no sense because it would be awesome vlog content.

Here we have something called the please touch museum and Ollie and Finn would love it.

There are SO many things an hour away from them. LA has tons of kid centered things, and so does San Diego. The Legoland in Carlsbad has an aquarium. There's the Zoo in San Diego, Safari Park, lots and lots of things. It's ridiculous.
I get so annoyed when they compare Ollie and Finn. I get that noticing differences is perfectly normal, but every time, it's in Ollie's favor. He's a better swimmer. He woke up happy. Etc. And of course Finn wanted the fan remote. My friend's grandson is a little older than Finn, and he could spend all day just turning the lights on and off. It's amazing to them, and it's so fun to watch their amazement-- how every time they flick the switch, the lights come on. But it went right past Bryan because he was too busy bitching about how Ollie never woke up grouchy.

Isn't Bryan's mom Gram? But it is weird that Bev isn't at least Aunt Bev or some other pet name to the boys. Cassie isn't his only Auntie. :/

Yeah. Cj & Bailey are from that side & Mimi/Papa just took Ollie camping with that side. Also Rose who was pregnant at the same time as Missy with a girl is from that side.

Either that or it was lack of supervision or lack of boundaries.. otherwise I feel like they would be milking it like the bee sting.

I looked through the comments in hopes that a bunch of people asked about Finn so they would be forced to address it...but no. Comment after comment is, "Let's see who you are by the last number in your likes!!!" followed by a numbered list of the family members. Good grief, do I hate Youtube comment trends. Those stupid things are everywhere. They're pushing down the important comments.

I don't see anything wrong with calling your aunt or uncle by their first name only, my nephews call me by my first name because I didn't want to be called aunt. However, Cassie is auntie so it's so weird and almost seems intentional that bev isn't auntie or aunt bev, she's separate from Missy's family like she isn't as significant to Ollie and Finn. Seems weird that Bryan would allow that.

I actually took it differently. I thought he said he wanted her to start the vlog to get her out of the meeting so she could get her flowers. Like an excuse to get her out of the room so she would be able to retrieve them. That was just my take on it.... I wasn't paying too close attention though and could be wrong!

About the homeschooling thing: I could see them saying that Ollie LOVES school and does SO well but the other kids are huge fans of him and get in the way of his learning so they had to pull him out of school.
