I'm thinking she bought the 6 bedroom one, but I'm hoping I'm wrong and she bought the house in the nicer neighbourhood. Hopefully the neighbourhood is safe enough for those kids to grow up in.

Her minions would probably call us creepy/stalkers but literally all the info we needed was Modesto, Blue carpet, sold in March. It's only 3 days into March so there weren't a lot to chose from it was the 2nd listing.

The house needs a lot of updating, but I hope that carpet is the first to go! Vacuuming stairs is a bitch and we all know jess is no clean freak! The 80s kitchen light and the gold bathroom fixtures also need to go.

I did see some sort of light in their Lowe's cart in the latest video, so I think they'll probably replace that. And I think I heard her say they would be replacing the blue carpet too, but I really, REALLY hope they do it on the stairs, if nowhere else. I could handle blue carpet, but NOTTTTT on the stairs

Wow that house looks so 90s. Can't help but think if she didn't have so many kids she could have probably gotten a much more decent looking house.

Edit: Actually I just looked at it again, it's not bad. It's just extremely outdated and the previous owners' style seems really old school as well.
