Also isn't it strange that Alaya is more talkative than Levi...
I've never heard them engage Levi in conversation they just have him nod...
And example would be "Levi do you want an apple? Say apple. Red apple"

They say "Levi eat eat. Yes? Nod yes? Oooohhhh guuuude Bogus"

The fuck is that ever going to teach that kid how to talk...

omg can we talk about the fact that they STILL don't have license plates on their car. WTF! How have they not gotten pulled over/ticketed for this already. Its insane. They can go through the complex home buying process with tons of paperwork but they can't screw some plates on their car?! I just don't get their logic.

I haven't watched in a while. Does Levi talk at all? Just curious. My son is 2 weeks younger and says about 20 words. The kid at this point may need early intervention speech therapy.

Also I find it really funny how Oscar keeps dropping hints about not wanting anymore kids but they're buying a 5 bedroom house?.... I wonder if there is some "confusion" or mixed signals going on in the relationship. If I were Oscar and dead set against more kids I would question why we as a family needed a 5 bedroom house, and if I were Kyra I would question why Oscar keeps mentioning he is done having kids.... the man said he didn't want a puppy because having kids already held him back from doing things he wants to. If I were Oscar I would have a serious discussion and strongly urge Kyra to get on birth control (and yes there are birth control options available to breastfeeding women) because I really think Kyra will attempt to have another "oopsie" pregnancy otherwise.

I find it very odd for children closer to 2 not saying Mama and Daddy. We never hear him address them at all and honestly most babies are saying the sounds even before they put them to the parent. That's pretty much a given that any child would be saying those words at the very least. It's as if he understands but doesn't care to speak or even try.

I don't get what the big deal is about them having a 5+ bedroom home?
5 rooms> the kids get their own room, Oscar and Kyras room, plus Kyra said she wants a play room (or area), and then they will have an extra room probably for filming or their office. But if the play room is like an extra living room like Karens, then they have an extra room for guests:) And people seem to visit them quite often. Given their jobs, I think a 5 bedroom is a great size. And if they want more kids in about 5 years, they wont have to worry about moving again

Or he could just get a vasectomy if he really doesn't want more kids. Unless he doesn't want more with kyra...

I loved in the last vlog when Kyra referred to Alaya's hair as "Old Man hair".

Yes those are the first words both my children learned. My 18 month old just moved on from saying mama and dada and now says mommy and daddy.

No doubt Levi is a smart kid. You can see him building logic skills.
Him not speaking is 1000% on his parents.
They do not talk to him.
Children will not learn how to speak if they are not spoken to...
They talk AT him not to him..
Examples would be Lily..Vanessas little girl...
She didn't say more that 3 words on her vlogs until she was over the age of 3..until she started school. Then she blossomed....
Levis only hope in life is when he gets out of their care for the day

Notice how Oscar was eating ice cream in the new vlog and they didn't mention anything. That usually wouldn't be a big deal but knowing him, I'm surprised he didn't go on a huge rant and list a million ways to justify it. Didn't he say he didn't care for more sweets after the cheesecake because it's just not that worth it? I mean, I'm glad he's finally eating normally and not going on and on about it but it's just funny to me.

Yes I think they don't care, they baby him so much. When he does a move who kind of reminds of a nodding they are happy and act like he's incredible. I'm sure most of the time he doesn't even understand what they're saying and just keeps nodding because he knows that that's what makes his parents happy. He doesn't even make the baby talk or sounds kids who don't talk yet make. Most of the time he's totally mute.

You guys are obviously forgetting the filming studio. One of the extra rooms will be Kyra's filming studio that she will use ALL the time. You know? Like her current studio which they have been paying extra rent for the past year so she can film in it. I bet that it still has that stupid pig covered in paint on the floor from the last time they used it (Alaya's "artistic" gender reveal).

And about Oscar saying that he'd move in 2-5 years: yes it's the same in the U.S.- you are not recommended to buy a house unless you know you will be living in it for at least 5 years. That's in part because when you resell it you're out a whopping 5-8% of realtor commission and in part because there are some expenses that are not recoverable (paint, decor + furniture that you wouldn't use at a different house, service connection fees etc). The only exception to this is buying in a market that is growing rapidly if you can get something cheap knowing that it will appreciate quickly (example: our home it worth 31% more this year than it was when we bought it, meaning we could sell it without loosing any money... of course we wouldn't be able to buy anything else near by so we're holding on tight!). I don't think this applies to a half million $ move in ready home in their area...as I think that they'll sell it for a similar price as what they've bought it accounting for inflation but I might be wrong because I don't know real estate trends for that area.
Oscar just has no idea how any of this works.

Kyra mentioned them or oscar getting into real estate later on in the future? Why not start now? Is that their backup plan or something. What do you guys think?

This was his plan after he quit his job at the warehouse. His dad works in real estate. Honestly, being a realtor is not at all hard, but it does require attending classes and passing an exam. While there are certainly some very smart and talented people in real estate I've met quite a few people in the profession who don't come across as the brightest bulb in the room if you know what I mean. Definitely A LOT easier than other types of professional certificates like becoming a plumber or electrician. So I think Oscar could certainly do it, but wouldn't be willing to put in the work upfront to get certified and build relationships. Maybe in a few years when he matures, I certainly wouldn't trust him as my realtor right now.

I didn't know he ever expressed interest in becoming a realtor. I don't know if it's easy or not but I do know some people who are realtors and have another full time job.

i mean jackson from kkandbabyj is the same way. He doesnt say any words. its deff both their parent's faults. they do talk at them not to them and they dont teach them anything. i mean kyra said she was bad at helping levi learn, grow, and develop...then why did you have kids ?!

Let me just throw this out there-- my father makes around 150k-200k a year. We live in a 500k house, which we have lived in for 12 years. We live quite frugally; many times my mother has told me that we could live in a much bigger house, drive fancier cars, wear more expensive clothes. But we don't... because my parents know how money works and they know the value of a dollar! Kyra and Oscar do not. They act like they have a lot of money and can throw it around willy-nilly (yes, I know they are somewhat frugal, but it is so evident they do not have a great grasp on actual money management. Prime example-- they are buying a house wayyyy too expensive for them but then they skimp out on things like good quality groceries). These two are going to be really shocked (and not in a good way) when their way of life comes crashing down and they have no back-up plan. To the idiot saying having a degree doesn't matter-- you're an idiot. Also you're probably old because for us young people a degree in the workforce is *everything*.
