We would be making fun of that as well, that her assistant is getting paid when ones in school.

If Nick was the one who really made the decision and pushed this house on her she is probably chewing him out and if she is I can't say I don't blame her bc moving is stressful enough without problems. So far they had to get gutters, dishwasher, security system, $20k ATV, paint and a pay painter to paint, freezer issues, possibly new floors, WiFi issues which is going to be expensive as hell, water softener, the Berkley (which is about $300) and I'm sure I'm forgetting something lol I'll give her credit bc she seems to at least being a good sport about everything well on ig at least she is lol

Your obviously the one that was originally triggered when it was just a question. Its just coincidence that several got theirs at the same time, which Is why I thought it was sponsored. As for the paint the person said that Behr was going to sponsor her and she was looking at their samples originally, so since theyve sponsored other youtubers maybe her management was reaching out. It wouldn't surprise me she was trying to get these sponsors. Home improvement stores have also been known to throw gift cards at influencers and with how much shes team Home Depot and mad at Lowe's it does make me wonder. So keep laughing and being the one triggered by a question when I gave examples why I asked.

How long do those home buyer warranties last? I think someone said a year but not sure if thats true.

I was the first person to say, BEFORE they went paint shopping "Watch Behr sponsor them" only because they have sponsored other influencers. I didn't say they were. It was just a comment.
When one sees other influencers, like Peloton, showing new cycles in the past few weeks with their @ in the IG story and one specifically thanking them for sending it, well kinda makes one think it might be sponsored. Just like stroller pictures with the company noted.
We don't know what is sponsored or not. Nothing wrong with speculating. If she bought it with every intention of cycling away knowing her she'd be showing herself on it working out the day she got it. From the looks of it as it hasn't been seen since (or I missed it) and it's probably keeping the Golf Cart in the shed company.

Yeah it’s preschool. She is only 3. Finding a preschool before they moved is not that big of a deal. Now if she was in grade school it probably would of been pretty important.

I believe they are good for a year. A buyer can also ask the seller to buy it at closing. We bought one for about $500 dollars for the buyer of our old house. Appliances are one of things you really can’t predict when they will go out.

They should have looked at schools because in a couple of years Skyla will be 5 (3+2=5) and she'll need to go to school and then it will be important for her to receive a good education.
