That 4 bedroom home is definitely her new house it's right around the corner from her mom's house...that girl can't seem to cut off the umbilical cord. No more pool though, back yard seems tiny for so many damn kids and two story home with stairs spell disaster smh

People were getting crazy about her supposedly buying a house wayyyy out of their budget but then make fun of the old/outdated house they ended up getting. Ok...

Who cares about blue carpet? They can tear it out and replace it.

I haven't seen anyone mention that they think she was going to buy a house that was too expensive for her and Chris.

The house they bought has an extremely dated interior and does look pretty horrible. I'm sure there are other houses in their price range that look better than her new house and have 4+ bedrooms.

Californias expensive, even shit modesto is pricier than other places. Who cares if it's dated? It's all things that are pretty easily fixed

They aren't, but they're still more expensive than a lot of other areas in America. I think it's more important they have enough space for everyone instead of buying a brand new home that's move in ready

Modesto is the shit hole of California. Nobody wants to visit there or live there. But even though it is, with it being in California, houses in shit hole Modesto are still more expensive than the majority of other states in the US.

All the southern states are dirt cheap to live in. Such as north or south Carolina where Brittany lives. Britney lives in one of the cheapest places to live in the entire country and she's a renter. So I do give props to Jess for buying a house in California even if it's Modesto.

When people think of California they think of LA or Orange County or San Fransisco. Modesto is not like that at all. The only good thing about Modesto is the weather and that's because its the typical California weather. Other than that Modesto sucks.

Unless you're comparing Modesto to podunk Mississippi, the houses there are pretty cheap. Decent to nice houses with at least four or five bedrooms are around 300k-400k.

Her new house is 2000 sq. ft. and seems just as cramped for space as her old house that she rented.

I think she could have gotten a better deal on a home if they got it for 300k and they're probably going to spend thousands of dollars renovating due to how outdated the house is.

The house is waayyy outdated! It's got those ugly countertops that she has in her current house and hates That outside is also peeeeenk!! Had to get a pink house so Princess Addie could have a castle.

I live in an average cost of living area in Florida and the houses in Modesto are a lot cheaper than the ones here. They have similar price ranges to houses in Ocala or Sanford.

I'm actually excited for the house tour. I want to see how the bedroom situation is going to turn out.
And I'm also excited about it being two stories. I always loved having multiple floors growing up.

Sorry if this posts twice I couldn't get the first to work (or so I think) The 4 bedroom is definitely to house they bought. I went back and watched the snaps of Landen painting and on the floor is the wall paper border from one of the rooms in that house. Those poor kids are still packed in like sardines!
