Everyone has good and evil. And I am NOT saying that Ashley is "evil" but her behavior the last 6ish months has definitely changed my opinion about her and that's why I ended up here. I think plenty of civil conversations happen on here and plenty of people will give her credit when it's due. But to post a nothing but glowing review on a snark forum and expect it to go down okay is a bit unrealistic.

Like I said, go ahead and have your opinions and share your gossip! I’m not judging that at all or asking everyone to agree with me. I simply wanted to share my personal experience!! People aren’t always the same as they come across on camera, sometimes they’re worse and sometimes they’re better— I think she is better. As opposed to someone like Tiffini Beaston, who I think is a total fraud and very fake! I think sometimes maybe Ashley is rubbing people the wrong way. I just was stating I do not believe she is ever being intentionally selfish or conniving. She has made it clear from the beginning that YouTube is her job (in her opinion— i know some of y’all say it’s a hobby) and she’s always stated that she wants to make money from it. Maybe she was getting frustrated with not getting to 100K fast enough, who knows. Maybe she did get upset and do something that lots of people don’t agree with. But there are people who don’t have an issue with what she did either. I don’t know her mindset on that whole situation. And I’m not going to “explain” any of the issues you have with her, because that’s not my job lol. I am a very empathetic person so when I see something that is hurtful being said about someone, it’s hard not to want to stand up for them. Especially when it’s someone who’s helped you. No one is perfect and of course she’s probably made mistakes or done the wrong thing before but I just wanted to remind everyone that doesn’t make her awful and in my opinion she’s way better than most YouTube moms. This is all just my opinion and I wish it was easier to discuss opinions about the YouTube moms without everyone just getting so mean to the people who say anything at all positive!

This site isn’t about worrying how other people feel about another posters opinion. This isn’t the place to stand up for your girl, it isn’t!! You are just going piss people off and for what, it’s a gossip site... perhaps you need to start a rave site because this is a rant site.
Further more, when Ashley reads what you wrote about the whole paying your rent, she going to know you read here and if she’s paid your rent she knows your name. So when she reads your post, telling the entire site/public what she did for you, in a gossip site . You do then realize that she will get hammered for a while with all kinds of people needing money for this and that!! You just screwed her, so when she declines and hears (well you helped someone with their rent)gets a ton of hate on her IG and DMs and YT , she will never forget the way you paid her back.

I like Ashley too. There are other boards that started out with positive comments like Bonnie and E&J. Gossip doesn’t necessarily equal hate. I do think it’s weird that she kept the purse, but I get not wanting to stare at it hoping for 100k. It was a mistake to buy it early.

Yikes definitely didn’t mean to like your comment. All of your posts are always so late to the partyc so strange and so tuff. Lol. She didn’t pay my rent, she offered. I’m not sure why she would get mad at me for telling people that. I really doubt a ton of random people will go and straight up ask her for money. I can totally see how things get misconstrued by opinions or differing personalities not being portrayed correctly both in a vlog or here on a gossip thread, so everything isn't always accurate. At least with Fi8821, they keep an open mind and present both plausible sides. Not for one minute do I believe that she offered to pay your rent. Not at all.

You should start your own thread on Reddit. I've seen quite a few YT mommies being talked about on there in a positive way since there are quite a few YT moms worth talking about.
This site just isn't for that and you can't expect to come on a snark site and change it.

I'm glad you shared your personal experience with her. To me she always seemed like a sensitive and caring person. I wanted her to change her channel ( be more creative, try new things, etc), but her character didn't seem off to me ( like some YT moms). It seems like she's still as nice as I thought she was. And I believe that she offered to help you. My ability to read people is pretty accurate most of the time, so I'm going to trust you're telling the truth. You don't seem like a minion. So thanks for sharing your experience and opinion.

For what it's worth, I rag on Ashley a lot, but I don't think she seems like a bad person. She is just freaking weird and I like making fun of her quirks with like minded strangers. When people get into questioning her as a mom or a Christian, it turns me off. This site isn't the morality police.

Yeah when I start reading that she's "a Jezebel" and like "Baal" I get weirded out. I'm a Christian myself, but I'm not a fire and brimstone type. In fact I've held my tongue about the snark on Christianity in this forum because people have different beliefs. Still, it can be bit much sometimes.

There are plenty of ways to rave about Ashley - her comment section, Instagram, DMs etc. I don’t know if anyone here actually hates her. I don’t. I still like some of her videos too, but I see a big difference in her old self compared to her new. Coming in here with positive stories and views isn’t going to necessarily sway anyone’s opinions though, just FYI.

Nope. It's just going to make everyone suspicious. Youtubers have been known to create accounts on sites like this so they can defend themselves.
If you dont have a thick skin or at the very least cant stay away from sites like this, you probably shouldnt be putting your business on the internet.
