Maybe Nanny Ash has arched up and decided she'll look after the kids but not clean up after the family. I noticed on one of the quick bits on the girls that there was shit all over the floors in the lounge and the kitchen. Seems sitting on the couch is a requirement for this family. What a hod awful mess they all are.

This company CAN AND WILL get in trouble with the FDA if they make ANY claims that their product will protect your skin against the sun. MANY companies have been fined a hefty fee for making false statements. The reason why they can't make any claims for their product to protect against the sun is because doing so, the products will be classified as a drug, which will require thousands and thousands of dollars for testing before they can put it on the market.

This makes my blood boil. I used a topical chemo treatment last year for precancerous spots on my face and it was hell on earth. Senegence misleading their customers on the SPF of their products is a criminal act and they should be made accountable for their actions.

Layering products is complete crap. SPF 15 is SPF 15. Most people don't use enough sunscreen, so at a guess I would say the most that layering it would do is to actually get you to SPF15 not over. That aside, SPF 15 will not give adequate protection. Look for SPF 30 or even better SPF 50. Of course a higher SPF does not mean you can stay outside longer, it only means you will have greater protection for the time you are out in the sun. SPF refers to the percentage of UV rays that are blocked, and is not an indication on how long you can safely stay outside without skin damage.

Physical blockers contain zinc oxide or titanium oxide and work by deflecting the sun's rays. Didn't explain myself properly with the bolded bit. Higher SPF does mean it will take longer in the sun to burn, however with my experience last year and knowing how few times I've been burnt in my life and how sun damaged my skin is, I think sun damage can occur well before the point of burning and I wouldn't stay out longer just because I was wearing a higher SPF sunscreen.

I’m sorry that you have been dealing with that. My brother has skin cancer on his face, arms, neck, chest, head, and back and I see every day what he is going through. He was never one to be out in the sun. He avoided it as much as he could. If he had a choice between sun or shade, it was shade every time. You are absolutely right. I can’t wait until the girls are older. I hope to Hod they rebel so much. I wonder how fatboy will react when the girls are older, married, and their husbands will be the number one man in their lives. Hopefully their husbands won’t be lazy pieces of fuck like their dad and aren’t so controlling like he is either. They may decide to have a family of their own. Then again maybe not. The girls will be so fucked up from their parents that they won’t want to or won’t be able to deal with children of their own. Who knows. They may decide they don’t want to spend family time together with fatboy and Asswipe or get together for the holidays. After all their mom will be flirting with their husbands and will be trying to mount them and their dad will be in the other room talking to little girls inviting them to come sleep over. I want him to know that what he did won’t be forgotten. I will mention it every chance I get. I hope it bugs the hell out of him. I can picture him throwing a temper tantrum like a little kid, stomping his fat foot, waddling around the house, reaching up and grabbing handfuls of his nasty, dirty hair, making it stick up every which way, and spewing spit because he’s so mad. He probably throws stuff too. Maybe that’s where the girls get it from. Maybe that’s why there is always crap laying around the on the floor. He probably is such an immature dick when he’s mad. Love how he is going on about how beautiful Australia is. They saw a 1km round version of the Sydney. Can't believe they didn't go to a wildlife park or something similar. Mind you, Jodie doesn't look the wildlife type not that you can tell whether she is happy or not by her facial features.
