When toddlers and preschoolers talk to someone, they either focus on that person, or an activity they are doing- such as the toys they are playing with, or the tv they are watching.
They do not, however, stare blankly at a camera while adjusting their hair to be seen better, and profess their love for their infant brother.
That’s 100% learned behavior. Celery looks at YOU- you talk TO a camera, not TO the people around you. She has learned at her age, that the CAMERA is the most important thing in your life.
