I found it weird that grandma was wearing a bikini. Not that she doesn't have the body for it, but she seems a little old for one. Maybe that's just me, as all my grandparents were in their 70s by the time I was born so I obviously never saw either of my grandmothers in a bikini lol

Meh...I'm in two minds about that. Yes, she has a fab body for an old bird so why not flaunt it? She obviously works hard to maintain it.

My mom is 50 and I won't let her wear denim capris. That shit is so ugly especially on someone in their 20s/30s.

Denim capris wouldn't flatter a supermodel. They are awful. I had a pair once, I think I wore them twice before my husband took me aside and said they made my legs look short and fat. I now only wear shorts or long pants, nothing inbetween.

That cake was hilarious. So much of cake for just their family. Lora's family is one of the most socially awkward families I have seen. There is hardly any outside people ever in their birthdays other than the Nana, don-pa (or whatever his name is) frog and their seasonal BFFs. No friends EVER ? How can someone be like that ? I know not everyone has tons of friends but one has improve his/her social skills once they have kids !! Why cant they invite people who work at Layton's office? (wonder if he really works, lol) Very very socially awkward. Looks like those kids get bullied at school from this attitude. In way a way it is good the older boys are sent to preschool, they get to see some new faces. They would suffocate looking only at their Momma's Dada's faces locked up at home , and stuck in front of camera.

When she goes on her crash diets, she always talks about being able to fit into her 'high school jeans', and then puts them on. Perhaps her entire wardrobe is from when she was in high school...

I am 10 years out of high school, but I wouldn't dream of wearing anything that I wore in high school again. Dump those unflattering jeans and pick up something new, Lora! Even her regular jeans are not all that flattering for her body type.

The majority of my friends are from either classes I take my kid to or my husbands co-workers (I didn't grow up or go to school in this area). She does neither from what I can tell (work or play dates) so....

Can someone explain these weird and annoying nicknames? How does Everett become bee? I once heard her say he is a June bug (born in June), that's a cute and appropriate nn. But does she just randomly pick animals?

I don't think Lora even knows how she should be dressing her body, and I think since she has been such a variety of sizes it doesn't help either. If they "fit" they must look good right?

I also think she has some serious body image issues/food issues. I almost feel bad for her.
