The PBS app you can watch many many episodes of Word World as well as most of the other PBS kids shows. It's free to download and connects to our local PBS station. They have iPads I bet they could have the PBS app.

My daughter doesn't watch a lot of tv. When she does she mostly likes watching palace pets and vampirina. She was on a Elena of Avalor kick for a short time and Sofia the first for a short time too. I would put the Doc show on for her when she was about 18 months. She's never asked for me to put it on since she was so young. She mostly liked Mickey Mouse club house at that age. She's super girly so that probably why it isn't one of her favorites.

I saw that and it infuriated me as balloons are so lethal to birds. When I calmed down, I thought it through and realized that their porch roof is very deep and she just opened the door, stayed inside and flung them out - they went straight up. They would have floated up and been stopped under the porch roof. To get them outside of it, she would have had to walk out side, to the first step and toss to have them go up into the free air. I bet one of them went off camera and got them and put them in the garbage. So it was all for show - her pretend tantrum and toss. All an act.Hoe4Christmas wrote:Not sure if anyone saw the snap of Ashley throwing the balloons outside, but I replied to Tyson saying how damaging it was to nature! His response was “we don’t litter”. Somehow I don’t believe this, anyone got proof of them lying once again?

I am a bit behind, but something I noticed on the "Poor us, our little incomes are sick" blog. Assley says Tyass is sleeping on the floors of the girls rooms. She then changes the story to each of them sleeping on the floor of one of the nurseries. Tyson then says he has a blanket and pillow on the floor of each each room and he goes back and forth between rooms. So Assley, what is the truth. You are sleeping on one of the floors or not? It easier to keep the story straight if you don't lie.

Re: Gardner Quad Squad: We're Not Gardeners, We're Farmers (
I have to say that I noticed on their IG story that Ashley was putting essential oil on the girls' feet. While I dont think essential oils are a cure all and some people go totally overboard with them, the fact that they got "help" from a doctor and are doing some home remedies is a good thing. Although it is surprising that they were going for anything natural when they pack those girls with processed foods and sugar daily.
Going out on a limb here but I think Ashley would feed those girls healthier if it werent for tyson. Her home cooked meals all involved canned soup but I think she would actually try. When tyson had the girls eating donuts this morning, Ashley looked annoyed with him. I think it's a case of immaturity and not being well informed (Ashley) vs blantantly forcing your own eating issues on the girls for control and to save your pride (obviously Tyson. )

I am in such shock that BOTH parents would leave even one 3 year old premie with the flu. Just horrendous and irresponsible. I couldn't do it. I had trouble going to work on vital days, even though I was nearby, and usually called in sick or got off early. But to go out of the country??? What is wrong with these people???

Essentials oils are often completely unregulated. You don't know what you're getting. The potency is unverified. Undiluted oils have been known to cause chemical burns. Kids with lung issues like asthma can be more sensitive to certain EOs and can have adverse reactions. They're stupid and probably read a blog and are like sure I'll put this on my kid's feet because the internet says it's fine. Or even better they met a woman who is part of one of those EO MLM companies and totally believed her. Guys this allows me to take charge of my own health and run my own business out of my home! Same people who probably drug their kids with Benedryl so they can help mom and dad make the mortgage.
Who cares when you're leaving for another country and someone else will have to deal with any fallout.

Re: Gardner Quad Squad: We're Not Gardeners, We're Farmers (
The sad part is that - yet again - the girls have no connection with anyone but themselves. I was so hoping they’d get some good social connections outside of being a quad. But their parents blew it for them.Snarky Lady wrote:tusky wrote:so the binghams and Gardners have been put in their own separate class with the other girl (i forget her name). I guess enough people complained about the inappropriate vlogging
No surprise there lol. It was just a matter of time. I imagine the other parents in both classes were a bit fed up with the v'logging and hogging the TV screen and I'd bet money some of them if not all complained. So now they can all v'log and squeal to their hearts content. It also says something about the quads being on the same level at Hazie and Leah who are a lot younger than them. Maybe there is a reason they do not find them other three year olds to interact with just an observation here .

Question: At what point are preemies past the point of being considered preemies and and just considered regular kids, measured the way full term kids are measured?

The site is definitely not fixed. It is so obnoxious having to refresh 8 or 9 times. They are going to start losing people if they don’t get it repaired. I can’t get on at all over a browser and Tapatalk isn’t a whole lot better.

At age 2, doctors no longer use the premie scales. So they’ve not been “premies” for over a year.Spruce wrote:Question: At what point are preemies past the point of being considered preemies and and just considered regular kids, measured the way full term kids are measured?

No. Not that I have seen. Now interestingly, her parents left today for Disneyland to meet up with her sister Leslie and family. And there was a recent post of someone celebrating International Sengence something or other and “wishing Ashley was here.” Ashley said she wished she was there too.Pace5 wrote:Bumble, have they left yet for their vacation?
Is it possible she’s missing out? That they cancelled?
No. That can’t be -
